Experimental Study On The Performance Of Coal Dust And Dust Suppressant

Open-air coal dust emission in the process of storage and transportation operations is openness,no organization.A great deal of dust influenced by wind speed and direction,which cause serious pollution in the surrounding environment.Study exposed under the condition of coal dust particle characteristics of dust and dust suppression mechanism is the research emphasis of this paper.Through the theoretical research and experimental analysis method of combining,the movement characteristics of coal,new dust suppression agent function for targeted research.For open storage of coal sample romantic impact experiments,through the theoretical research and experimental analysis method combining,the experiment is mainly engaged in wind speed,the influence of moisture content on the coal dust particles movement of coal dust.Dust and coal dust analysis:The wind speed was positively index relationship between the coal dust;the coal surface negative exponent relationship of the moisture content and coal dust capacity,the increase of coal surface moisture content of the surface of coal dust particles adsorption,resist wind erosion,long-term moisture of the pile surface can restrain the pollution produced by coal dust diffusion on surrounding.Research and development production of high efficiency dust suppression agent,elaborates on Dust suppression agent formula and its synthesis process,and product the surface curing properties,liquidity,water erosion,wind erosion resistance and other practical performance experiment research.The research results show that the product can produce stable curing layer to resist wind erosion,water and other natural environmental test,has good water retention and other main performance indicators.Got open pile of coal and the best ratio of dust suppression agent of railway transportation,experiment and field application show that the high efficiency of dust suppression agent short-term dust suppression efficiency can reach 99%.
