There are cardinal problems with eccentric wear of rod and tubing in oil fields.With the further development of oil fields,the degree of eccentric wear of rod and tubing has gradually increased.In the production process of Block H301,the problems of low daily fluid production rate,large production parameters,unreasonable submergence depth,and waxing and corrosion in some oil wells,result in severe eccentricity of the rods and affect normal production.Although the corresponding anti-partial wear strategy are adopted,the type of anti-partial wear strategy in active service is single,and the use mode is relatively unreasonable,which insufficiently meet the requirement of anti-partial wear in this block.For this reason,the paper carries out the optimization and application research of the comprehensive anti-partial wear strategy in block H301,aiming to provide effective comprehensive anti-partial wear strategy and methods for this kind of oil fields.Thereby prolonging the period of inspection pumps and reducing the production costs.This paper studies the status of production and operation feature and other relevant data of producing well,operating well and friction well in the H301 block for three consecutive years from 2014 to 2016,analyzes the status quo and main influence factors of rod and tubing wear;analyzes the operating rules of pumping unit hanging point and the load distribution of roof bolt in the wellbore during the down stroke,studies the instability and bending conditions of the roof bolts and combines the three-dimensional hole trajectory data to calculate the friction position of well rod tube;and then combining with influence factors of roof bolt and the causes of eccentric wear in H301 block,we select the type of anti-partial wear strategy applicable to H301 block,and optimize the single well production parameters,sucker rod combination,the number and the setting position of centralizer,build the model of competitive anti-partial wear strategy,compile an optimization software about the comprehensive anti-partial wear strategy.The system of "H301 block optimization for comprehensive prevention of eccentric wear in rod pumped well" is used to design and optimize the comprehensive anti-eccentric wear measures for 46 oil wells with frequent eccentric wear's pump inspection in the field.The average inspection period of the 14 test wells is extended from 253 days before the optimization of the measures to 371 days after the optimization of the measures.In the 32 test wells of optimizing the production parameters and implement measure of clear-paraffin agent+dregs tube in that the operation environment of rod column is improved and the number of oil well's paraffin precipitation and stuck pump is reduced.It has achieved good application effect on the whole.In addition,it has a certain practical value and reference significance for the treatment of H301 block in rod pumped well and other oil field rod tube eccentric wear.
