Ordered nanostructured films have important application prospects in the fields of sensors,magnetic storage,and photodetection.In this paper,based on quantum dots?QDs?superior luminescence properties,the preparation and size adjustment of CdSe nanorods were completed,and the ordered thin films of CdSe nanorods were obtained by various assembly techniques.The assembly method of quantum dot film and the influence of experimental parameters on film order and optical properties were discussed.The polarization selection characteristics and polarization luminescence properties of CdSe nanorod oriented film were discussed.The series of research results were obtained.mainly includes:?1?The CdSe nanorods with adjustable aspect ratio,uniform size distribution and good dispersibility were prepared by high temperature oil phase thermal synthesis method,and the variation rules of optical properties were obtained.The results showed that the length-diameter ratio of nanorods could be adjusted only by changing the reaction time of Cd2+precursor,and it was found that the length-diameter ratio of nanorods increased with the increase of the reaction time of precursor within0-31h.Among them,the CdSe nanorods obtained by the precursor reaction time of 20h have the best fluorescence stability.?2?CdSe nanostructured thin films were obtained by LB method,template method and self-assembly method respectively,and the orientation arrangement and optical properties of the nanorods were compared.It was found that the nanorod film prepared by the LB method has the best orientation and polarization selection characteristics.Compared with the dot-shaped CdSe quantum dot film,the luminescence of the aligned CdSe nanobar films is anisotropic.The luminescence of the aligned CdSe nanobar films is anisotropic.Under optimal excitation,the‘difference sum ratio'of vertical and horizontal polarizer fluorescence intensity can be as high as 60.5%.
