This article review the development of neutrino physics at first,discuss the basic properties of neutrinos and achievements researchers have accomplished in the last few decades.We focus a lot on the observation of four important oscillation sources of neutrinos,the atmosphere,the sun,the accelarator and the reactor.Then we give imformation about the phenomenonological description of neutrino oscillation and what we can learn from it:that neutrinos are not massless and there exist mixing angels,then we introduce Dirac and Majorana neutrinos,giving a brief about the most convincing mechanism of neutrino ontaining mass,the Seesaw Mechanism.In the following we discuss SU_F(3)flavor symmetry and its breaking in details,introducing 8 paramters to construct a matrix with the 8generators of SU(3)group,through diagolization of the matrix,constraining the introduced parameters with experiments.At last,we briefly review some other theories in the research about neutrinos.
