Analysis And Research On Present Situation Of Development And Utilization Of Water Resources In Gaotai County

The development and utilization of water resources are the most fundamental factors affecting the economic growth,social development and environmental protection of Gaotai county.In recent years,Gaotai county,located in the middle of hexi corridor,has been restricted by the use of water in agriculture and agriculture as the climate has warmed and the precipitation has decreased.In Gaotai county,therefore,the analysis of the current situation and demand of water resources,put forward the corresponding countermeasures for the existing problems,development of science,reasonable configuration and efficient use of county water resources in macroeconomic regulation and control and micro management to provide special decision-making and management basis,further strengthen the county comprehensive benefits of water resource utilization,through the adjustment of industrial and agricultural industry layout,promote the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure,promote the county water resources protection,make Gaotai county social and economic development in the direction of the benign,strengthen county development of social harmony and stability and prosperity,there is important practical significance.In this study,the present situation of water resources utilization in Gaotai County was studied by field investigation and data analysis.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)in the actuality of gaotai county in 2015 and analysis of water resources development and utilization status and forecast 2020 years of development and utilization of water resources in the case of different reliability of supply and demand balance analysis,the supply and demand of water resources in Gaotai county is basically balanced,with a slight surplus.(2)the present situation of gaotai county in 2015 years the total water consumption of 468.31 million m~3,national economic sectors of agriculture water consumption accounts for 87.76%of the total water consumption,ecological environment water consumption accounted for 9.48%,accounted for 1.30%of rural people and water,industrial water consumption accounted for 1.11%,urban water consumption accounted for 0.36%,agricultural water proportion is too large,the development and utilization of water resources between different industries showed obvious water structure is not reasonable.(3)The water resources and groundwater resources in Gaotai county are not well developed and utilized,the national economy departments of water level and water use efficiency is not high.(4)Gaotai county water resources development and utilization of water exist in the structure is unreasonable,low economic benefits in the utilization of water resources;The sustainable utilization of water resources is not high,water still have potential;Water resources in distribution,disasters occurred frequently;Scientific utilization of water resources long-term mechanism has not yet formed,four aspects of the problem.(5)by adjusting the industrial structure,intensify agricultural water-saving;To establish water-saving society,improve the utilization efficiency of water resources;Deal with the relationship between water and ecological environment,promoting sustainable utilization of water resources;Establish and improve the management mechanism,the rational allocation of water resources,solve problems in Gaotai county water resources development and utilization.
