| Water resources demonstration to strengthen water resources management science to develop water is the key,but also to protect the socio-economic sustainable and stable development of the foundation,while ensuring water ecological security is the most important.The Tao River in Gansu Province is a tributary of the upper reaches of the Yellow River,and the theoretical reserves of the tributary and hydropower resources are 2220 MW,of which the hydropower resources may be about 940 MW.Development and utilization of Tao River main stream of water resources,is conducive to ease the economic and social sustainable development in the power supply and demand contradictions.This paper aims to provide a theoretical basis for rational utilization and allocation of water resources for the construction of hydropower station through the scientific demonstration of water resources,water scheme and water withdrawal scheme for Zhengqi Hydropower Station.Through the demonstration,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)the rationality of access to water.The waste water treatment measures of this project are feasible and the treated waste water is reasonable and will not pollute the regional water environment.The effect of the project water on the regional water resources is little and the spatial and temporal distribution of the water resources is not changed.During the consideration of the downstream river water environment and the upper and lower reaches of the river outside the legal users access to water requirements,access to water is reasonable.(2)the reliability of water intake.Zhengqi hydropower station construction and power generation of water quality without special requirements,the status quo and the operation of water quality to meet the power plant construction and power generation requirements,according to "drinking water health standards"(GB5749-2006)after treatment can be used as construction and operation period Living water.Zhengqi hydropower station for the new non-regulated water-based power station,water source for the Tao River surface water.Through the power generation and domestic water intake of a reasonable set to meet the production and living water equirements.(3)compensation measures.Zhengqi hydropower project on the temporary occupation of cultivated land to compensate for the temporary compensation to make up for its production losses;resettlement production compensation for compensation;compensation measures properly.During the construction and operation of hydropower stations,there is no impact on the water function area and the third party.(4)Water resources protection measures.The construction of wastewater,mainly to take the natural precipitation treatment methods such as wastewater treatment of SS and p H.The sewage in the project area is purified by septic tanks and complete sets of domestic sewage treatment facilities.Strengthen the engineering area of soil erosion prevention and control;to strengthen the construction period and the operation of water quality,water monitoring and monitoring work,urge the sewage treatment and reuse.Strengthen the bank instability,the construction of waste water accident discharge,the initial water during the water shortage and other risks to prevent the establishment of early warning mechanism and the implementation of emergency treatment plans.(5)water and water withdrawal program.After the construction period of integrated sewage treatment equipment integrated treatment standards as far as possible after the office living area for greening water and environmental dust,etc.,not into the Tao River,does not affect the downstream river water quality.Hydropower station construction and operation of the water will not form a local pollution and then affect the other users access to water,can maintain the downstream waters function,a reasonable water withdrawal program.(6)the feasibility of taking water.The water power station project water intake to the state to develop industrial policies and regulations of the river basin water planning and water resources and ecological and environmental protection strict requirements,resulting in water disputes caused by the opportunity is very small.Through the analysis of water,water quality,river bed stability,water and sediment analysis and the impact on other water users,the water intake location is reasonable and water is feasible. |
