It is great significance both for new employees and enterprises with the success of new employee organization socialization.The new employees just entering the enterprises need to learn and adapt the new work environment,work roles and organizational culture to complete the work adaptation,and also the organization institution of the enterprises can help them fit into and adapt to the organization as soon as possible by taking suitable organizational socialization tactics.In this way,the individual behavior of new employees can be matched the organizational requirements and others expect and prove the work performance finally.This subject uses each new employee as the research objects though whose perception of organizational socialization tactics as influenced factors to analyse the influence to work adaptation and work performance of organizational socialization tactics deeply,and also to reveal the mediating effect of work adaptation played both in organizational socialization tactics and work performance.Firstly,in this paper the research background and research status of organizational socialization of the new employees are reviewed in this paper and the related theories of organizational socialization tactics,work adaptation and work performance are also reviewed.Secondly,research assumptions are put forward by establish relationship model among the three variables of organizational socialization tactics,work adaptation and work performance with focusing on the relationship of them perceived by the new employees.Thirdly,assumptions which are organizational socialization tactics for new employee work performance and work adaptation has positive influence;work adaptation for new employee has positive influence and work adaptation plays mediating role between organizational socialization tactics and work performance are verified by using the questionnaire data.At last,research results are reviewed,shortcomings are pointed out and the future research prospects and enterprise management advices are put forward.
