Study On The Intensive Utilization Of Cultivated Land In Western Shandong Province Based On Cloud Model

The cultivated land provides material production materials for mankind,which is the basis of human production.With the rapid development of economy and society and the explosion of population,the unreasonable utilization of land occupied by construction land and arable land has resulted in the decrease of cultivated land resources and the contradiction between supply and demand of cultivated land resources.People much less in China's national conditions and the sustainable utilization of cultivated land is necessary determines the research importance.Total arable land dynamic balance and meet the needs of people production and living,on the limited land to obtain the biggest benefit,realize the sustainable utilization of cultivated land is people's pursuit of today,but not reasonable mode of operation and excessive exploitation and utilization and can reduce the cultivated land output.The evaluation method combining qualitative and quantitative methods of cultivated land use has become the core work of the research of cultivated land intensive utilization.The selection and construction of regional,evaluation methods and indexes have been well established by scholars at home and abroad.Western Shandong uplifted zone is a new regional economic growth pole in Shandong province in 2013,agriculture is the first pillar industries,so how to realize the sustainable utilization of the regional cultivated land become one of the core issue of regional economic growth.But scholars have little research on this area.Therefore,this article takes Shandong uplift belt of the western economy 59 county unit as the study area,and reference to related literature,the evaluation index,15 use of entropy method and the method of combining the cloud model,the calculated 2005,2010,2015,59 counties of cultivated land intensive utilization degree and space difference analysis,the western economic uplift belt in Shandong province is obtained by the method of regression analysis driving force of the cultivated land intensive utilization,the final conclusion is as follows:First,According to the analysis of the cultivated land in the west of Shandong provincefrom 2005 to 2015,the cultivated land area in the west of Shandong province fluctuates.The per capita cultivated land change has been decreasing year by year.The shortage of arable land per capita is the characteristic of the cultivated land in the west of Shandong province.Second,Through the method of entropy and cloud model county of Shandong uplift belt of the west 59 intensive level and cultivated land is divided into five grades: intensive,semi-intensive,medium type,and extensive,extensive,calculated by the uplift belt in west of Shandong province in 2005-2005 intensive level overall in the ascension of each county county of intensive gradually.and then take advantage of global spatial autocorrelation analysis in GeoDA software in the western region of Shandong province cultivated land intensive use of a positive spatial autocorrelation and appear the phenomenon of spatial agglomeration,the local spatial autocorrelation analysis it is concluded that in 2005,2010 and 2005,LISA cluster graph(northwest of Shandong province belongs to H-H concentrated area,central and southern belongs to L-L concentrated area,significant difference was found in space.Nest,through ridge regression analysis,the social and economic factors of the social and economic factors of > natural factors of > in the driving factors of the cultivated land intensive utilization level in western Shandong province were affected from 2005 to2015.Therefore,in promoting the utilization of arable land in the region,the regional cultivated land resources should be taken into account to enhance the utilization of cultivated land resources in the region.The last,based on cloud model and spatial statistical analysis conclusion,combined with the driving force of economic uplift belt in western Shandong province,and puts forward some countermeasures in western economic uplift belt in Shandong province cultivated land intensive use,for the region and each county cultivated land use and land departments provide guidance,to realize the regional cultivated land intensive utilization is of great realistic significance.
