Comprehensive Evaluation On The Development Level Of New Urbanization In Jiangxi Province

The construction of new type urbanization is an important strategic decision to promote the transformation of development mode and maintain a stable,healthy and high quality economy in our country.Compared with traditional urbanization,the construction of new urbanization pays attention to urban and rural planning,productivity interaction and green innovation,which helps to solve a series of problems brought about by the development of traditional urbanization.Therefore,it is an inevitable choice to promote regional economic growth,social progress and sustainable development to take the road of new-type urbanization construction.Objective measurement and evaluation is the premise and guarantee to help the region to formulate the new urbanization development strategy.This paper takes Jiangxi Province as the research area,on the basis of drawing lessons from domestic and foreign research on urbanization and new urbanization,combining with specific theory,according to the actual situation of Jiangxi Province,through selecting population urbanization,social urbanization,economic urbanization,There are 30 evaluation indexes including environmental urbanization,facility urbanization and urban-rural coordination degree,and the evaluation index system of new urbanization development level is constructed.Then,based on AHP and entropy weight method to determine the index weight,combined with cluster analysis to evaluate the development level of new urbanization in 11 cities in Jiangxi Province.The main findings are as follows:(1)Based on the evaluation and analysis of the development level of new-type urbanization in 11 cities of Jiangxi Province,it is found that Nanchang City has the highest level of new-type urbanization development in the province,with a comprehensive evaluation value of 66.57,followed by Ganzhou City with a comprehensive evaluation value of 65.95,and Jiujiang City with a comprehensive evaluation value of 65.95.The comprehensive evaluation values are 64.26;Ji'an,63.86;Xinyu,62.73;Pingxiang,62.63;Shangrao,59.98;Jingdezhen,59.63;Yichun,The comprehensive evaluation value is 56.55,Yingtan city,the comprehensive evaluation value is 56.45,the lowest development level isFuzhou,the comprehensive evaluation value is 55.6.By calculation,the comprehensive evaluation value of the new urbanization level in 11 cities in this province is 10.97,and the standard deviation is 3.71.The comparison between the range deviation and the standard deviation indicates that the development level of the new urbanization in Jiangxi Province is not balanced,and there are great regional differences.At the same time,by comparing the evaluation values of each urban subsystem and its ranking,it is found that the development of cities is not coordinated in terms of population urbanization,social urbanization,economic urbanization,environmental urbanization,urbanization of facilities and coordination between urban and rural areas.The balanced development of new urbanization needs to be further strengthened.(2)By using SPSS software,the comprehensive evaluation value of the development level of new urbanization in 11 cities in Jiangxi Province in the end of 2015 is analyzed,and the development level of new urbanization in 11 cities is divided into four levels: high level area of new urbanization.The new urbanization level area,the new type urbanization low level area and the new type urbanization low level area.Among them,Nanchang City,Ganzhou City belongs to a new type of urbanization high level area;Jiujiang City,Ji'an City,Xinyu City,Pingxiang City belong to a new type of urbanization higher level area;Shangrao City,Jingdezhen City belongs to a new type of urbanization lower level area;Yichun City,Yingtan City,Fuzhou City belongs to the new low-level urbanization area.(3)All prefectures and cities should,in accordance with the National New urbanization Plan and the New urbanization Development Plan of Jiangxi Province,seize the strategic opportunities for development,give full play to their own advantages,strengthen exchanges and cooperation,and speed up population urbanization,social urbanization,and economic urbanization.The balanced development of environmental urbanization,facility urbanization and urban-rural coordination promotes the overall improvement of the new urbanization level in Jiangxi Province.
