The Influence Factors By Regional Choice And Income Effect Of Migrant Workers In Hunan

As a large agricultural population,the reasonable and effective transfer of labor in Hunan Province plays an important role in economic development and social progress.Therefore,it is very important to reveal the influence factors and income effect of Hunan migrant workers' choice of space.Scholars at home and abroad have a wide range of research on the behavior of migrant workers,the theory is relatively perfect.However,most of the previous studies have been based on the micro empirical study.From the point of view of migrant workers,this paper studies the main factors and the impact on the income level and the total output of the migrant workers.First of all,this paper clarifies the background and significance of the study of migrant workers in Hunan Province,and combs the related literature about the results of labor force spatial selection,the influence factors and the income effect.Secondly,the paper further clarifies the main consideration factors of migrant workers' choice of space and the mechanism of its effect on income level.Thirdly,based on the spatial selection of migrant workers in Hunan Province,we analyze the current situation of migrant workers in Hunan from three aspects:demographic characteristics,flow characteristics and income characteristics.Finally,this paper uses the 2015-2016 dynamic monitoring data of floating population in Hunan province to make an empirical analysis on the factors affecting the spatial selection of labor force in our province,the empirical analysis of the income effect and the Chinese comprehensive social survey data of 2003-2014.The regression results show that the labor force distribution by economic factors,migrant workers in our province tend to choose the economically developed and by increasing the labor time to improve their income level;and the flow distance of migrant workers had a significant negative correlation,tend to choose low cost labor flow area;The flow time and flow range of migrant workers is the cause and effect of Grainger's income,and there is a long-term equilibrium relationship,and the total social output increase Grainger causal reason is the labor flow behavior,the total social output and flow of time there is a long-term stable equilibrium relationship,while the flow range does not exist.Finally,combining the theoretical and empirical analysis,we put forward policy suggestions as follows:to improve our province of migrant workers employment competitiveness;science to guide the rational flow of labor force;to enhance our province economic development level,and improve the labor income level;abundant employment opportunities in our province,establish and improve the service management of migrant workers in the inter regional cooperation mechanism,flow behavior through the above policy suggestions for scientific and reasonable guidance for our province labor,increasing labor income and improve the level of social total output.
