With the gradual acceleration of the urbanization process in China, the exploration of increasing the income of migrant workers and breaking the two yuan structure of urban and rural areas is conducive to the smooth transformation of the urbanization of migrant workers.Although the income of migrant workers is growing, there is a clear gap between the income of urban workers and the urban workers. It is the key to improve the income of migrant workers and reduce the income gap between urban and rural areas. Some scholars start from the cognitive ability of education, technical training and work experience, and analyze the relationship between them and income from the perspective of human capital.Few scholars start with the new theory of human capital to analyze the influence of non cognitive ability on the income of migrant workers. Therefore, this paper will focus on the impact of migrant workers' non cognitive ability on income and find out the mechanism.First, the first part of this paper is to introduce the background, significance and literature review, which correspond to the first and second chapters. The first chapter introduces the research background, research purpose and significance, research contents, technology roadmap, innovation and shortcomings. The second chapter reviews the three aspects of the measurement of non cognitive ability, the influence of non cognitive ability on income and the status quo of non cognitive ability of migrant workers, and then makes a brief review of the literature.Secondly, the second part of this paper is to introduce the construction of the non cognitive capability index system and the data sources and descriptive statistical analysis, corresponding to the third and fourth chapters of this article. The third chapter introduces the development of "Big Five" personality and the related problems of measuring non cognitive ability in the data of Chinese family tracking survey(CFPS)."Big Five" is an important method to measure non cognitive ability. It has been recognized by domestic and foreign scholars, drawing on the existing literature, and asking the non cognitive ability in the data used. The problem is dealt with. The fourth chapter introduces the data sources and the screening process of the migrant workers, and describes the individual characteristics, geographical features and work characteristics of migrant workers. Then, the third part is the empirical analysis, which corresponds to the fifth and sixth chapters. The fifth chapter is using the sample of migrant workers in the CFPS2010 adult database, using the ordinary least square method to analyze the influence of the non cognitive ability of migrant workers on the income, and to solve the "selective error" problem by usingthe processing effect model. Finally, the quantile regression method is used to test the robustness of the regression results. The results show that the non cognitive ability of migrant workers has a significant positive impact on income. The sixth chapter takes the career choice as the intermediate mechanism, and uses the multiple choice model to analyze the internal mechanism of action. The non cognitive ability affects the income of the migrant workers through the influence on the career choice, and the results show that the non cognitive ability negatively affects the career and service of the migrant workers in the choice of blue collar workers.Industry.Finally,the fourth part of the paper is the conclusion and policy recommendations, which correspond to the seventh chapter of this paper. The seventh chapter is based on the above analysis, based on the empirical results, draws conclusions and puts forward policy recommendations. The conclusion is that the non cognitive ability of migrant workers can affect the income. In the "Big Five" personality, the strict personality traits promote the increase of migrant workers' income, and the neuroticism character can reduce the income of migrant workers, and put forward some suggestions from three aspects of family, school and society.
