In January 2009,the agricultural bank of China completed the shareholding system reform;In July 2010,the agricultural bank of China listed on the Shanghai stock exchange and the stock exchange of Hong Kong.With the share reform,the agricultural bank of China's performance was obviously improved.But in the face of increasingly fierce market competition,the agricultural bank of China is becoming more and more recognize the importance of human resources.L bank branch is a branch of agricultural bank of China,it adhere to the business philosophy as " market-oriented,customer-focused,to benefit as the goal",it adhere to the compliance management,it actively promote the local rural construction.Due to the system,the L bank branch has many human resource allocation problems,these problems need to be settled as soon as possible.Firstly,this paper points out the background and significance of topics,the ideas and technical route,sorts and analyzes the domestic and foreign scholars on the research of human resource allocation;Secondly,from the perspective of human resource allocation theory,this paper defines the allocation of human resources and expounds the content of human resource configuration,principle and method;Third,as the research sample of L bank branch,the paper analyzes the current situation,problems and causes of its human resources configuration;Fourth,be clear about the aim and principle of the L bank branch human resource configuration,put forward the designed scheme to optimize the L bank branch human resource configuration;Fifth,put forward the safety measures to optimize the L bank branch human resource configuration;Finally,summarizes the research conclusions,point out the shortcomings and prospects of this paper.The author hopes that can cause L bank branch manager emphasis on human resource allocation,prompt human resources management reform,make related measures for the human resource allocation.Then it can increase the overall bank human resources and business level effectively,enhance competition ability of the L bank branch in the region.
