Biological medicine and chemical industry are the important two pard of pharmaceutical manufacturing industry,occupies an important position in national economic development.At present,the chemical and biological medicine pharmaceutical drug research and development ability is low,product technology content is low,serious homogeneity phenomenon,caused a lot of resources waste and repeated use,in order to achieve healthy and continuous development of biological and chemical industry in our country,we must attach importance to the improvement of technology innovation.Biomedicine and chemical medicine production technologies,processes and development level,technology innovation process has its own characteristics.Predecessors' experience,this paper proceed from the Angle of efficiency,from the macroscopic Angle to study biological medicine and chemical industry technology innovation in our country and comparative analysis,and from the different enterprise scale analysis,two industry helps to summarize two industry shown in terms of innovation characteristic differences between reveals the regularity in the biological medicine and chemical medicine technology innovation.In this paper,the biological and chemical pharmaceutical technology innovation present situation in China were analyzed,and on this basis,the biological and chemical pharmaceutical technology innovation performance evaluation index system,and the results were analyzed.Then using the Malmquist index based on DEA model in China from 1995 to 2014 in biological and chemical pharmaceutical technology development and technical transformation phase analysis of different periods of technological innovation efficiency.Through the research can be found:(1)1995-2014 I chemical and biological pharmaceutical technology research and development to enhance innovation capacity,technological innovation efficiency is improved.Compared two industry,chemical industry in the development stage of technical innovation efficiency is higher.(2)1995-2014,transformation of biological and chemical pharmaceutical technology innovation efficiency decline.Compared to two industry,biological medicine down more.(3)the scale efficiency of biological pharmaceutical stronger than chemical pharmaceuticals,chemical pharmaceutical technology is better than biological pharmaceutical.(4)biological pharmaceutical technology transformation stage of technical progress and technical efficiency and scale efficiency is not obvious,chemical pharmaceutical technology transformation phase of the technological progress is not obvious.Finally,improve the feasible Suggestions for pharmaceutical technology innovation and efficiency.
