Biological medicine industry is knowledge innovation applied basic research, technology innovation, application development), achievements transformation and integration of large-scale production each link, the link is not an agency, any organization, including as the main body of the industrial enterprise, impossible ACTS as the system integration, must give play to the government organization and coordination function, establishing mechanism and policy environment to promote the development of biological industry rapidly, fully give play to the role of enterprise as the main biological industry development, accelerate the development of biotechnology and quickly realize industrialization.At present, Jiangmen biological medicine (Health) industry is in a high-speed development period and developing at the speed of more than20%.
