Research The Influence Of Digital Trade Development On Trade Friction Between China And The United States

Based on the renewal of Internet technology,global digital trade has developed rapidly.Many countries have participated in the international and double-multilateral trade negotiations based on different interest demands,and have formulated digital trade-related policies and laws within their own countries in different level.With the development of digital trade-related multinational corporations,the interests and security of different countries have been affected,and caused digital trade frictions between times.In the field of digital trade,the United States and China are both major trading nations and key stakeholders.The formulation of digital trade rules will profoundly affect the interests of both parties and the development of international digital trade.Based on the ruling background of the Trump administration,this article interprets digital trade rules,especially the Sino-US digital trade rules,and provides data flow and localization measures,data information and privacy protection in current international agreements and legal norms.At the same time,the impact of digital trade development on trade friction between China and the United States and case studies have been carried out.This paper from the industry level and the corporate level innovatively analyzes the impact of the digital trade development on China-US trade friction.It also estimates the effect of the digital trade development on the trade friction between China and the United States and the main influencing factors.On this basis,it is proposed that the Chinese government should actively participate in the negotiation and formulation of international digital trade rules,accelerate the improvement of domestic laws and regulations related to digital trade,and strengthen administrative supervision and self-discipline in the industry so as to promote the digital trade development in China.
