Organizational resources play important roles in the survival and development of enterprises.In order to keep sustained competitive advantage,more and more enterprises rely on the acquiring and accumulating resources to deal with internal and external risks.In the view of Resource-Based View,the value,scarcity,non-imitation and non-replacement of organizational resources determine the competitive edge of enterprises.However,strategic nature of organizational resources predicted by the pre-set situation receives more and more challenge in recent years.As market environment changes,the uncertainty in the future is growing.Organizations cannot predict the situation occurred in the future market effectively.Organizational strategic objectives do not fully consider the current situation in presupposition context,so the strategic resources predicted by organization may lose its strategic due to the change of objective.Therefore,to ensure the stable and long-term development of the enterprise,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the formation and transformation of organizational strategic resources.In the environment of daily organization,the formation and strategic transformation of organizational resources were embedded in the daily activities.Daily organizations often deal with organizational issues through renqing reversing,which also keep the presence of organization and drive it strategic growth.On the one hand,members begin the renqing Reversing under the organization situation.It promotes the flow of resources between individuals,forms the available resources at the organizational level and also develops potential resources.On the other hand,renqing reversing build and maintain the renqing guanxi in the long-term operation.Organizational resources can be changed into strategic resources which are unique,scarce and inimitable through renqing reversing.This will not only help to solve the current situation,but also "tied" the organization members together to ensure the long-term development of the organization.In this sense,the organizational strategy is built gradually in the renqing reversing between members of the organization.So what is the internal mechanism of the formation and strategic transformation of enterprise resources promoted by renqing reversing in the daily organization?In this paper,qualitative research method was used to construct the mechanism.The daily activities of a private enterprise were selected as the object of the study and about one-year filed research was conducted.After collating and analyzing the data,the mechanism of the formation and transformation of organizational strategic resources was revealed from the perspective of renqing.The research findings were as follows.Firstly,the behavior of renqing reversing could be stimulated no matter in the predetermined situation or in the unforeseen situation.Second,in formation of organizational resource,reqing Reversing facilitates the flow of organizational resources,including the reallocation of existing resources and the acquisition of potential resources.Finally,with renqing reversing to promote strategic strategic transformation of organizational resources,new formation of organization was formed and new goals were developed.The research showed that,in daily organizations,renqing reversing could promote the formation and strategic transformation of organizational resources,and solve organizational problems on this basis which further keep the organization developing stably and sustainably.
