Under the influence of entrepreneurship policy and the prevalence of mobile internet,there is a surge of entrepreneurship across the country.Establishing more startups can improve the economic environment,bring along innovation andcreate employment opportunity.However,entrepreneurship is more about cultivating a stable,growth oriented enterprise than just a campaign.Actually,when we look at thepowerful manufacturing countries,like Japan and Germany,we can see a spirit behind each of them,the spirit of striving for excellence and continuous improvement,the spirit of encouraging innovation and creativity.This is the spirit all the enterprises are pursuing to grow more competitive.As we all know,“Chinese Manufacturing2025” has also proposed to beinnovation and qualityoriented.The principle of “quality first and continuous improvement” is the key element for enterprises to maintain a stable and continuous development.At present,Six sigma management is aworldwide acknowledgedmethodology.It's an effective way to identify and eliminate variation;it can improve quality and sustain continuousimprovement.Six sigma is an effective way to enhance competitiveness andmake creative breakthrough.This paper takes the PCB quality improvement activity as a successful example to introduce the application of six sigma methodology in H Company.Based onDMAICprocess,H Companydeveloped a model of total quality management,which is cross functional,whole process participation and customer oriented.Company H established a promoting organization to drive the implementation of six sigma project.The organization set up and optimized the project operation mode,established the incentive policy and Employee training system.Meanwhile company H has integrated the successful experience from PCB optimization project into department management to keep the persistence of improvements.Through repeated effects,H Company has built a favorable environment for sustained development of six sigma methodology and gradually formed the culture based on six sigma language.
