Study On The Interaction And Coordination Of "Industrialization,Urbanization,Agricultural Modernization" In Sichuan

The Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that the coordinated development of industrialization,urbanization,agricultural modernization and information technology is the necessary means to achieve the goal of "the two hundred years" in our country.From the current information construction is still in the initial stage of reality,the realization of "industrialization,agricultural modernization and urbanization "(use " three modernizations " for short in the following paragraphs)The " three modernizations " coordinated development is the basis to achieve the coordination of "industrialization,urbanization,agricultural modernization and promotion of information technology ".In this paper,the " three modernizations " coordinated development as the breakthrough,making Sichuan Province as an example to explore the degree of coordination between internal development and system relationship and interaction system between each other,also to guide the practice and enrich the theory of construction.After clarifying the relationship between the " three modernizations " theories,this paper divides the development stages of it.Simple statistical analysis shows that the current situation of the development of industrialization,urbanization and agricultural modernization in Sichuan province is not harmonious.Therefore,this thesis establishes the basis of "three modernizations " in the scientific development indicators system,use AHP and principal component analysis method of 2001-2015 in Sichuan province to calculate the "three modernizations" comprehensive development level,and the construction of VAR vector auto regression model analysis of the relationship between our province "three modernizations " interactive development.Then,using the derivation method of synergetics theory,we calculate the coordination degree of each subsystem.Sichuan province "three modernizations" interactive relationship research shows thatbetween each other of them,the intensity and direction of each are not identical,but eventually showing a positive impact on each other tends to be stable,but between the three development still exists,the lack of interaction and coordination problems such as lack of fusion defects.Research shows that the level of the development from the internal system coordination degree,the internal development of agricultural modernization during the period of 2001-2015 system is unstable and the coordination degree of the poor coordination of new urbanization and new industrialization development is basically an inverted "V" trend.From the system of coordination between the view of characteristics between industrialization and urbanization,industrialization and agricultural modernization,urbanization and agricultural modernization coordination level is not high and showing the co scheduling of instability.Based on the above research results,this paper puts forward some suggestions to promote the coordinated development of "industrialization,urbanization,agricultural modernization " in Sichuan province.Sichuan Province of the "three modernizations " development from disharmony to the coordination of the process,to promote the transformation of economic structure and economic development mode under the concept of sustainable development,need to focus on promoting the development of agricultural modernization,the implementation of industry nurturing agriculture,development of production integration of the city development strategy,and to accelerate the information construction process,make it play the platform supporting role in the coordinated development of "three modernizations" better.
