The father of modern management Peter Drucker once said,"Knowledge has become one of the most important elements of enterprise resource elements,other elements must rely on knowledge to update and equipment." Knowledge creation and application can not be achieved without knowledge sharing.Knowledge sharing can achieve the effect of multiplication in the organization(Musen,1992),creating higher value for the organization(Hidding&Shireen,1998).Therefore,more and more companies believe that in order to organize the future development,we must strengthen the organization's knowledge competitiveness,so that knowledge flows within the organization,to encourage employees to own knowledge and other employees to share.The importance of employee knowledge sharing for enterprise knowledge management has led people to pay close attention to the relevant issues of employee knowledge sharing.For organizations with a high degree of learning orientation,the loyalty to the organization depends on their job satisfaction.Job satisfaction also affects the willingness of knowledge workers to share knowledge,and the higher the satisfaction,the more inclined for employees to share their knowledge with others in the organization.It is found that job satisfaction is one of the predecessor variables of knowledge sharing intention,and organizational trust has a significant correlation with job satisfaction and knowledge sharing intention respectively.Therefore,this paper takes the knowledge workers as the research object,and discusses the effect of job satisfaction and organizational trust on the willingness to share knowledge.As well as the intermediary role of organizational trust between job satisfaction and willingness to share knowledge.This paper mainly introduces the knowledge of job satisfaction theory,organizational trust theory,knowledge sharing theory and other related research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars,and summarizes the progress and shortcomings of previous studies.The purpose of the study,the research ideas,the dimensions of the variables of the idea,the initial study of the study model,followed by the relevant maturity scale and field interviews prepared questionnaire.In this paper,280 questionnaires were distributed to R&D and information technology industries in-Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei,226 valid questionnaires were collected and 226 survey data were analyzed and verified.Through the analysis and regression analysis of job satisfaction,organizational trust and willingness to share knowledge,the results show that:(1)job satisfaction is related to tacit knowledge sharing intention in job satisfaction,and job satisfaction in job satisfaction is satisfactory.(2)Through the regression analysis,it is verified that the trust of the organization is satisfied with the knowledge worker's work,and the satisfaction of the job satisfaction and the satisfaction satisfaction of the peers are significantly correlated with the explicit knowledge sharing intention and the implicit knowledge sharing intention respectively.And the relationship between knowledge and willingness to share knowledge.The conclusion of this paper has some reference significance for the formulation of enterprise human resource management,policy and the construction of corporate culture,and suggests that enterprise managers should establish effective knowledge sharing incentive mechanism and knowledge management information system,and promote the knowledge workers through the construction of these systems The importance of staff career development planning,the establishment of smooth communication channels and“people-oriented”organizational culture to improve the level of trust between employees,build a learning organization,so as to promote knowledge sharing between employees.
