From an international point of view,the rapid development of social creativity determines the level of economic development of a country.From the perspective of the enterprise,the important source of the core competitiveness of the organization is the creativity of employees.Therefore,it is significant to enhance the employee creativity for the national economic development level and the growth of the core competitiveness of enterprises.Employee creativity refers to the new products,new services,new methods and other innovative and practical ideas put forward by employees for work(Zhou & George,2001).Research on employee creativity shows that,organizational climate is one of the external factors that affect employee creativity.This study explores the relationship between organizational trust and employee creativity,and takes tacit knowledge sharing willingness as an important variable that affects employee creativity to study the relationship among them.In this study,we used the questionnaire of organizational trust,the questionnaire of willingness to share tacit knowledge and the questionnaire of employee creativity.With the help of questionnaire survey,we collected 546 data from industry organizations.Spss21.0 and mplus8.3were used to analyze and verify the data.The results are as follows:(1)Organizational Trust,tacit knowledge sharing willingness,and employee creativity are all in the upper middle level.(2)In terms of organizational trust,employees with more than five years' experience scored significantly higher than those with less than one year's experience;In terms of tacit knowledge sharing willingness,employees who have more than 5 years scored significantly higher than those who have less than 1 year;In terms of employee creativity,employees with a high school degree or below are significantly lower than those with a bachelor's degree,employees with a graduate degree or above are significantly higher than those with a high school degree or below and a college degree,and employees with a 5-year or above are significantly higher than those with a 1-year or below.(3)There is a significant positive correlation among organizational trust,tacit knowledge sharing willingness and employee creativity.(4)Tacit knowledge sharing willingness plays a part of intermediary role between trust and employee creativity in the organization.The conclusion of this study is as follows:(1)Organizational trust can positively predict employee creativity.(2)Organizational trust influences employee creativity through the partial mediating effect of tacit knowledge sharing willingness.
