Research On Evaluation Of The Competitiveness Of Logistics Industry Clusters Of Hubei Province

Under the background of globalization,the logistics industry cluster on a global scale to accelerate the emergence and rapid development,not only become a new trend in the field of logistics,and become an important part of economic growth,sustainable development have a profound impact of globalization,even become influence,reshape the global trade pattern and the important impetus to economic geography.At present in Hubei province to emerge a batch of logistics park as the main carrier of logistics industry cluster,the number is much but in competitiveness and world-class logistics industry cluster,unable to form resultant force to support the rapid development of logistics industry cluster in Hubei province.And the current domestic scholars for logistics industry cluster research is still in the primary exploring stage,research logistics industry cluster competitiveness of Hubei province to promote the development of logistics industry cluster and speed up the development of the economy as a whole,Hubei province has the vital significance.In this paper,on the basis of the relevant theories of logistics industry cluster competitiveness,combining with the characteristics of the logistics cluster competitiveness,define the connotation of logistics industrial clusters competitiveness.Then according to the principles of establishing index system,on the basis of the improvement of the GEM model,from the resources,infrastructure,government,enterprise,market and innovation six aspects to build logistics industry cluster competitiveness index system,gather relevant data,the six provinces in central and used SPSS software for data processing,using principal component analysis method to evaluate the Hubei province logistics industry cluster competitiveness,the logistics industry cluster competitiveness of six provinces in central make comparative analysis.Empirical analysis conclusion is in Hubei province logistics industry cluster competitiveness at a higher level in the six provinces in central,but there are economies of scale,insufficient market demand,the lack of logistics personnel,a series of problems such as lack of policy support,in view of the problems arising from the Hubei province logistics industry cluster,put forward policy Suggestions and countermeasures research,to enhance the level of logistics industry cluster competitiveness and ensure the sustainable development of logistics industry cluster in Hubei province.
