With the continuous development of society,now for most enterprises,the problem such as capital and technology are no longer the primary problems,and the problem that the talent is the primary problem,employees management becomes the most important thing.Employee motivation arouses the potential of employees,improve employees' loyalty,an important means of attracting employees,it is not only an important content of human resource management,is also the important content of the human resources accounting theory.In this thesis,sorting out the literature about the value of human resources and employee incentive,the human resource value theory and the traditional incentive theory are expounded,using literature research,investigation(interview)and analysis,basing on these introduction and analysis of the case,analyzing the current employee motivation of enterprise,finding that the current employee motivation has many shortcomings,such as insufficient incentives,incentive unreasonable and so on.This thesis provides a detailed design scheme of human resource value for employees incentive,basing on the human resource value measurement,combining a variety of incentive modes and distributing the total amount of incentives for different groups and different individuals.This scheme can solve the above problems.This thesis finds that in the enterprise,both managers and general staffs can be motivated according to the value of human resources;The current incentive of knowledge staffs is not reasonable,then the enterprise should improve attention to the incentive problems of knowledge staffs;The implementation of the incentive to enterprise need to be a major reformation.Basing on the value of human resources,the research of employee incentive has theoretical and practical significance.Especially for RCMJ,the new idea of the employee incentive scheme shows that the enterprise fully recognizes the value and ability of employees.At the same time,it can motivate employees to improve their value and increase the trust between employees and enterprise.In addition,through the research on employee incentive in RCMJ company based on the human resource value,it can offer reference and new ideas about employee incentive to all the high-tech enterprises.
