Six Sigma management is a new type of comprehensive,systematic strategic method which is based on the data and statistical thinking.It leads the development strategy,focuses on customer satisfaction and corporate profits,depends on statistical methods,eliminates defects,reduces variation.It performs all the processes which are from R&D to production,from sales to service.Wiring loose is a common problem for microwave oven products,transportation and using in many brands and types of factories.There are many factors affecting the effects of terminal connections and the reasons are complex.This thesis is using Six Sigma method(DMAIC)to solve the problem.It can give more scientific and objective solutions.This thesis researched Six Sigma management method and applied it to improve microwave oven quality problem.It verified the reliability of measurement system,analysis many related factories,and then fund the critical few factories.Final it use DOE and enterprise situation to improve.Team members carried out the research while summing up the experience and insufficiency.The culture is mix with east and west,which are integration and contradiction in the enterprise.This thesis can explore a suitable for product quality improvement method with microwave oven.And through the application of this method,it promotes products quality,so as to meet the growing needs of the market and customers.
