The contradiction between supply and demand of land is the key problem of regional land use.With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization,the conflict of land supply and demand imbalance,agricultural production and economic development "agricultural construction" is escalating.In recent years,the rapid development of the Bohai seashore area,industrial and agricultural land continued to the coastal zone,the ecological fragile area extension,the emergence of the original land use is not sufficient,the new development and utilization of land quality difference is low,Inadequate,land use space allocation is unreasonable and so on.Suitability evaluation is the basis of land use decision-making,is the basis for the diagnosis of potential land use conflicts,but also a prerequisite for the optimization of land use structure.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the evaluation of land suitability in Bohai seashore area,diagnose the potential land use conflict,optimize the land use structure,find out the appropriateness of land use and avoid the risk of land use conflict,make reasonable use of land resources,improve land use efficiency and efficiency,Supporting the sustainable development of the region is of great significance.Based on the theory of human-land relationship,sustainable development theory,system theory and minimum factor limit law theory,this paper takes Wudi County,Shandong Province as the case area,and adopts the multi-criteria and multi-objective comprehensive evaluation method under the support of RS and GIS technology The land use suitability evaluation is carried out,and the contradictory diagnosis matrix is established to identify the potential land use conflict,to rationally utilize the land for the future,to avoid the risk of land use quantity and spatial structure optimization,and to put forward the guiding countermeasures and suggestions.The main findings include:(1)The land use suitability of Wudi County was evaluated,and the quantity and spatial characteristics of suitable land were analyzed.The most suitable agricultural land of Wudi County is mainly distributed in the southwest of the county,accounting for 13.54% of the total land area of the county;the most suitable agricultural land area is the most extensive,accounting for 37.61% of the total land area of the county;Accounting for 12.33% of the total land area of the county,mainly distributed in the grassland and need to be improved on the saline soil;not suitable for agricultural land accounted for 36.52%,mainly in the town of Ma Shanzi and Chengkou town.The most suitable construction land accounted for 11.86%,mainlydistributed in the south and west of Wudi County,concentrated in Haifeng street,Difeng street,Chewang town,Jieshi town;the more suitable construction land accounted for the county area of 39.38 %,mainly distributed in the center of the township and the vicinity of traffic;general suitable construction land accounted for 31.89% of the county's land area,in the township have a considerable range of distribution;the most inappropriate construction land accounted for 16.88%,mainly concentrated in the northeastern coastal areas and remote areas away from the town center.(2)The diagnosis of Wudi County potential land use conflict.30.64% of the county's agricultural land there is the risk of potential land use conflict.The area of conflict zone with the highest risk of the most suitable and suitable construction(S1T1)is 8595 hectares,accounting for 4.30% of the total area of the evaluation area.(3)A scheme of land use quantity structure and spatial layout optimization in Wudi County is proposed based on suitability for conflict avoidance.By 2030,there were 74919 hectares of cultivated land in Wudi County,mainly concentrated in the more suitable areas,more than half of which were distributed in the south and west of the county;3363 hectares of forest land concentrated in the more suitable agricultural areas,mainly concentrated in Shuiwan town and county of the eastern;3445 hectares of grassland concentrated in the Xiao Botou town,Xi Xiaowang town,Liubao town.Construction land should be controlled at 8334 hectares,with major layouts in the construction of more suitable existing central town areas along the highways and highways.County construction area accounted for 24% of the county construction land area,the highest proportion.(4)Put forward the implementation of land use structure optimization program of the guiding countermeasures and suggestions,including in-depth implementation of the optimization of spatial layout,comprehensively promote land remediation,the appropriate development of reserve land resources,promote land ecological construction.This paper evaluates the land use suitability of Wudi County in the typical Bohai Sea area,diagnoses the potential land use conflict,puts forward the optimization plan of land use structure and the guiding measures,and the results can optimize the land use pattern for Wudi and similar areas,To improve land use sustainability to provide a reference.
