With the coming of knowledge economy,Consumer demand and consumer behavior tend to be more diversified and personalized,traditional business model were challenged.Product innovation change from closed to open.Crowdsourcing product originalities is a way of open innovation,which will be encouraged a broader range of applications under the background of "Popular Entrepreneurship and Innovation".The operation of crowdsourcing product originalities mainly relies on the Internet.During processing,the interaction among the participants has critical implications for the formation of product originalities scheme.Communication itself is a subject which focuses on social information communication. Therefore,studying operation of crowdsourcing product originalities from the perspective of Communication can promote the interaction among the participants and have important practical guiding significance academic research value for ensuring the healthy operation of crowdsourcing product originalities.In the disseminators operation of crowdsourcing product originalities,elements of communication have these characteristics: disseminators and acceptors are towards integration,communication contents are commercialized,communication channels are social and communicating effect is broader.Under the influence of the characteristics of network communication,The interactive communication model of crowdsourcing product originalities operation has the feafure that combining the public portal model with the personal portal model.In the disseminators operation of crowdsourcing product originalities,communication contents,communication channels and users who have dual role of disseminators and acceptors are important factors on the Information flow.They will have a direct impact on the success or failure of the product innovation.From the perspective of communication,the operation trouble is communication disorders among participants.Specifically, there are three problems:Firstly,communication contents are lack of transmissibility.Vague crowdsourcing mission will deviate from the original target of the enterprise. Special crowdsourcing mission will limit the enthusiasm of participates.In addition,the number and quality of product originalities still exist many problems,which will hinder the communication of content.Secondly,communication channels are lack of influence.It mainly reflected that the scale of crowdsourcing platform is limited and crowdsourcing platform has crowdsourcing platform. Thirdly,users lack creativity.On one hand,users don't want to display creativity,which lead to the resistance of productive users.On the other hand,users can't display creativity because of the lack of original creating consciousness.From the perspective of communication,If crowdsourcing product originalities want to break through the dilemma and form healthy operation environment,the key is to promote communication among participants.Specifically, It includes three major countermeasures.Firstly,establishing the concept of "content is king",promoting transmissibility of communication. Secondly,Let channel linkage,expanding the channel's influence.Thirdly,motivating users,stimulate creativity of users.Through joint efforts,the interaction among the participants will be more frequently.As the interaction among the participants increase,the operation of crowdsourcing product originalities will be pushed in the healthy direction.
