Research Into The Influence Brought By Relational Governance On The PPP Project Management Performance

In recent years,with the transformation and adjustment of China's economic structure,infrastructure construction has gradually become the main driving force of China's economy.As a result of the transformation of the management mode and government departments' large capital gap,the PPP model which makes full use of social capital is widely and rapidly implemented.Although the government issued the relevant documents in 2014 to design and guide the macro level,the complexity of the PPP model's main components tends to lead to poor performance of the PPP project management.However,relational governance can improve the productivity and the project participants' satisfaction,and promote project management performance.Based on this,it is important to explore the relationship between relationship governance and PPP project management performance,which is of great significance to the improvement of PPP project management performance.In this study,we first use the literature and theoretical analysis to sort out relevant literatures,and identify the specific dimensions of relationship governance:trust,communication,cooperation.Then,by defining the concept of PPP project management performance,the paper describes the performance of PPP project management from the three dimensions of economy,efficiency and effectiveness.At last the relationship between governance and performance of PPP project management is verified through the empirical analysis using the structural equation modeling.
