As the existence form of family memory,the construction of family archives not only sterms from the family's demand to inherit family history,assert the family and its members' rights,but also participate in the construction of human social memory.New media technologies have also caused the proliferation of homogenous information and convergence of social culture.Family archives is need to meet the public's demand of express their own values by the retention of "micro-memory",and provide a possibility to examine the development and changes of groups,society,and era from a broader perspective.At the same time,it also makes social memory more plentiful and visible.The first national family civilization commendation conference held on the end of 2016,setting forth the principle of "focusing on the family,focusing on the family education and paying attention to the family style",promoting the normalization of family civilization construction and the mass participation of the masses and establishing a long-term mechanism,our country's family archives ushered in an unprecedented opportunity for development.At this stage,we must also boldly promote or introduce excellent management models to guide more families to set up archives,manage their archives and use archives.Therefore,this article adheres to the principle of linking theory with practice,conducts comprehensive research on the management of family archives in various regions,summarizes existing problems and puts forward corresponding countermeasures so as to provide reference for the current development of family archival work in our country.
