Collaborative Research On Open Scientific Data And Personal Information Protection Policies

In this article,through combing the domestic and foreign scientific data to the open policy and the related research achievements,personal information protection policy open to scientific data at home and abroad and the research status of personal information protection policy analysis,scientific data of the open policy and the policy coordination relationship between the personal information protection policy as the breakthrough point,using the policy interpretation method,will be open scientific data and personal information policies and laws and regulations to carry on the analysis,analyzed the practice of the conflict between the two and in common,on the basis of the theory of synergy,build open policy of scientific data and the personal information protection policy coordination mechanism,in order to both on policy coordination,so as to achieve the balance of the individual interests and public interests.
