Research On The Interest Balance Mechanism Of Open Sharing Of Scientific Data From The Perspective Of Policy

[objective/significance] scientific data is a very important scientific asset and strategic resource,which has become the key content that cannot be replaced in modern science and technology infrastructure.The openness and sharing of scientific data has attracted much attention and attention from the academic community,but there is still resistance to more widespread dissemination and sharing.Therefore,this paper will study the balance of interests of scientific data,so as to promote the development and sharing of scientific data.Method/process at first,this paper introduced the actors network architecture of stakeholder theory and stakeholder theory,and then analyze its interests,and then put forward the construction of open science data sharing benefit balance mechanism principle and the suggestion.Results/conclusion,therefore,this article will be open to scientific data sharing behavior analysis of interest subjects in research,open in order to realizing the maximization of scientific data sharing,and achieve the optimal state,the interests of stakeholders which provide basis for scientific open sharing policy.
