Early childhood is an important period in life,and it is an important stage for children to move from natural person to social person.In order to help young children to adapt to live in the garden as soon as possible,since the early childhood teacher's routine education work started.Routine can not only help children form good habits for the formation of the future personality quality,but also to promote the quality of children's social development,understanding the democratic spirit and the establishment of a positive self-image plays an important role.Through observation and interview,this study studied(1)How teachers ' ideas and behaviors in conventional education are:(2)How children understand and accept the routine,and(3)How to improve the routine education based on the understanding and performance of young children.The researchers ' analysis draws the following conclusions:1.The understanding of the conventional: kindergarten teachers think that the routine is to cultivate the habits and rules of children,in the regular formulation and teaching methods,teachers are mainly autocratic type,rarely use the authorization of conventional,neglected the main body status of children.2.General education supervision and implementation: mainly oral language,the use of the least number of icons.In the use of verbal language reminders,criticism and praise is the most commonly used method;In the body action the teacher uses most of the stare,followed by mandatory action and gaze,finger movements are the least,lack of positive positive hints.3.Children observe the normal situation: small classes and middle-shift to their own violation but to prevent other violations of the main child,while in a large class of children to comply with the normal form of the main type of conscious compliance;4.Young children's attitudes to redress violations: Children's performance in small classes is largely unacceptable for teachers to correct middle-class children are mainly part of the acceptance of the main,children in the face of the teacher corrected facial expression is mainly plain,happy second,the least unpleasant expression,and with the increase of age show unhappy expression will also increase;5.Young children's attitude and understanding of violation of punishment:Children are often able to accept the results of the punishment of the teacher,but the reasons for the punishment and the teacher punishment behavior is not clear andrecognition.Finally,based on the problems appearing in the present situation,the researcher puts forward the solution strategy which is available for reference.
