In the past ten years, children and adolescent obesity has not only become a major problem that has disturbed the Education Department and Sports Administration Departments in China but aslo a phenomenon of globalization.3 ~ 6 years old is a key period time for the development of fundamental motor skills, the development level of children's motor skills at this stage lay the foundation for the establishment of a basic movement framework and the movement development level of adulthood. The family is the first place for children's education. In order to improve the ability of children's motor skill and change the current state of decline in sports,we must first understand their family environment factors. Therefore,in view of the important role of family environment in children's growth, this study started from the perspective of family environment and studied the influence of family environment on the development of children's motor skills. In order to attract attention to the development of children's motor skills and provide assessments and judgement to teachers and parents. This study used method of docements and materials, case study method, mathematical statisitcs, test method, expert interviews,Use MovementABC-2 to measure the development of children's motor skills in 4 to 6 years old and used the selfprepared questionnaire “Children's Family Sports Environment Questionnaire” to investigate parents.Analyze the difference of children's motor skill development in different family environments and the family environment factors that affect the development of children's motor skills. The results are as follows:1.From the overall development of the movement, more than one-quarter of the test children have motor skills disorder. From the data of the development of the three specific motor skills, children's manual dexterity motor skill develop best;children's aiming and catching motor skill develop the worst. There are one-quarter of the children, whose aiming and catching and balance are in the alert area, which need to pay more attention about them.2.Children's aiming and catching motor skill in different ages has significant differences and the differences are very significant in catching bean bag.Children with different genders had significant differences in manual dexterity and balance.Girls have better development in manual dexterity and balance than boys.3.From the family's objective environment, the factors such as whether it is an only child in the family, children's daily caregiver have significant differences in aiming and catching.Non-only child has better proformance in catching bean bag;children's daily caregiver are fathers have better proformance in aiming and catching.Children with or without yards in the family sports environment have significant differences. The family members exercised more than five times a week on the fitness equipment and their locomotion skills developed better. From the family's objective environment, the factors such as the family structure, educational levels of parents have little effect on the development of children's motor skills.4.From the family's subjective environment, different family sports education attitudes will have an impact on family's parent-child sports behavior: There is a positive correlation between sports value attitudes, paid support attitudes and family's parent-child sports behaviors; The negative correlation between sports useless attitude and family's parent-child sports behavior is very significant; There was no correlation between the laissez-faire attitude and amily's parent-child sports behaviors.5.Parents attach great importance to children's preschool education. Many parents choose various interest classes for their children and have a positive impact on the development of children's motor skills.Children participating in dance classes have better proformance in balance;Children participating in taekwondo classes have better proformance in balance;Children participating in art classes have better proformance in manual dexterity.Parents' "extensive" educational method may not affect the development of children's motor skills. The right way is to develop children's motor skills with scientific and systematic physical education methods.6.The family environment for the development of children's motor skills is heavily dependent on family's subjective environment factors, such as parents' physical education attitude and the scientific method of parent-child sports behavior; The objective factors such as family structure, educational levels of parents are only a material guarantee for the development of children's motor skills. This study proposes that parents and schools should emphasis on the education of children's motor skills, strengthen parents' learning of sports knowledge and improve parents' family sports education concepts.
