With the continuous improvement of school running level and the increasingly clear and definite thinking in the higher vocational education,the new curriculum reform is imminent and imperative.In order to improve the teaching quality of the course,the teaching method of group cooperative learning mode is often used to teach the students,and good results have been achieved.However,there are many limitations such as human interference,lack of rationality of group grouping mechanism and poor diversity of assessment results,which lead to lower teaching quality.Therefore,the establishment of a more scientific and reasonable group allocation method,and the evaluation of comprehensive cooperative learning mode under the intervention results,so as to improve the quality of classroom teaching is a problem worthy of study.Based on the teaching of Digital Synthesis and Special Effects,this paper develops an improved group cooperative learning model to study the teaching intervention and performance evaluation.The main research contents include the following aspects:(1)Described the existed problems of the higher vocational animation professional educators and educates in the teaching process,combined the characteristics of Digital Synthesis and Special Effects,and viewed a large number of relevant literatures about group cooperative learning model,summed up the application situation and research results of the model in other fields.(2)Through the questionnaire survey,the recipients of the interview,and teaching teachers' evaluation of students' professional knowledge,skills and comprehensive quality,find the problems of cooperative learning in the existence teaching model,and determine the improvement measures of the model.(3)Bruce's motivation reinforcement theory,social interdependence theory and constructivist theory of learning transfer is applied to the group cooperative learning model.Influencing factors of group members' professional knowledge,skills and comprehensive quality are optimized by the orthogonal experiment design,improved the distribution method of the group cooperative learning model.(4)From the three aspects of teaching preparation,teaching reflection and implementation process,,the improved cooperative learning model is applied in higher vocational animation major Digital Synthesis and Effects course teaching,and test the effectiveness of the model.(5)Based on the grey theory and ant colony algorithm respectively,was constructed prediction model in the group cooperative learning mode of Digital Synthesis and Effects.The average grade of the class and the evaluation results of the group were fitted and extrapolated,and realized the evaluation of teaching achievement under the intervention of improved group cooperative learning model.Group cooperative learning model established in the paper Bruner motivation theory,social interdependence theory and learning theory as the foundation,make up for the limitations of the traditional teaching mode,improve the intervention of group cooperative learning in the teaching process.In order to optimize the factors that affect students' professional knowledge,skills and comprehensive quality,orthogonal experiment design is used to analyze them,so as to reduce unnecessary human interference and improve the rationality and scientificity of grouping.Finally,the construction team and the class as a result of grey theory and ant colony algorithm prediction model,performance variation model considers not only the individual factors to solve group and class,but also consider the multiple group interaction results of development and change,the cooperative learning achievement evaluation model of intervention implementation.In this paper,the improved group cooperative learning model has been successfully applied in the teaching of digital synthesis and special effects in higher vocational education,and a new way has been found to improve the quality of classroom teaching.
