Along with Chinese and Western cultural exchange and education development, the cooperative learning becomes an irresistible tidal current in our country.In order to adapt the demand of the future society for the talented person,the new turn curriculum reformation in elementary education also emphasizes cooperation and team spirit of the students.With the developing trend of the cooperative learning and the questions in domestic cooperative learning,for example,the poor efficiency and so on,the article proposes group cooperative learning in the classroom should respect the domestic and foreign educational tradition,the difference of national condition.We can not apply the foreign pattern in Chinese class mechanically.When we set up the group of cooperative learning we should take the domestic educational situation into consideration,and make the cooperative learning come to being Chinese and localization based on the reasonable absorption of overseas research.It also enhances the efficiency of the cooperative learning,and realizes promotion of the students,which is the Function of cooperative learning.First of all,this essay analyzes and summarizes domestic and foreign research on setting up the cooperative learning group,and takes the full interaction and the positive human communication in the group as the goal.It depends on the social system theory and the interpersonal relationship theory as well as social interdependence theory.By taking the informal group as the main grouping basis,we establish highly effective cooperative learning organization and the strategy.Next this essay explores group cooperative learning from the practice stratification based on the social system theory.We take the cooperative learning organization as independent variables and the student's academic record,the learning way and the learning interest as dependent variables.We make an experimental study in one term with the students who are in the two classes of the junior middle school.The experiment gets the results as follows:â… .The cooperative learning organization based on the social system theory can overcome the poor efficiency.It also can enhance the efficiency and the student's academic record in the current cooperative learning.â…¡.The cooperative learning organization based on the social system theory can help the students overcome the difficulties in cooperative learning.At the same time it also can enhance the study interest and make progresses together.â…¢.The cooperative learning organization based on the social system theory can promote the students to be associated and improve the student's study way effectively, by perfecting interior interpersonal relationship and enhancing group cooperation between the members in the group.
