| In July2014,Wang Dengfeng,the director of Physical,Health and art Subministry Department of National Educational Department,said that there is a tendency to increase in the condition of the primary and middle school students' health finally,which has been in a lower level and kept declining for 25 years.But that of college students has been in a tendency to decrease.College students' health condition is an important problem for the government and society to pay more attention to.For many years,our country has carried out numbers of instructive documents to examine and promote college students' health.Their effect seem to be seen.what are the problems in the procedure of carrying out?How to improve college students' health ?All these problems need the administrators and researchers to attach more importance and to do more deeper research.Retrieving document literature and contrastive analysis are adopted in this thesis.The students admitted in 2012,2013,2014 from Heze Medical College are the research objects.The author selects the two test results of freshmen including boys and girls admitted in2012,2013,2014 from Heze Medical College students' health test results database.The following nine terms as their height,weight,lung capacity,1000 meters race(male),800 meters race,long jump from standing,sit-up(male),pull-up(female),bending forward from sitting are contrasted and analyzed from different views.The following are the research results:1.Thanks to the importance attached by leaders and teachers of Heze Medical College to the college students' health and health test,the researches indicates that students' health are in a good condition on the whole and most of the terms are in a tendency to become better and better.what's more,some indexes are higher than the average value of the college students of the similar age all over the nation.2.The aspect of body shape.(1)When they were admitted,among the three grades students,the male students' height in a tendency to increase,female students' heights are unbalanced,the height of students admitted in 2012 and 2013 is a little higher than the national average value,and the difference between male and female students' height is very obvious.(2)An the end of the term,the male students' height is in a tendency to increase,and that of the female students is in a steady tendency to increase and is higher than that of the national average value,female students admitted in 2012 are higher than those admitted in2014;students admitted in 2013 are weigher than those admitted in 2012 and 2014;all the three grades students are weigher than the national average value obviously.(3)According to the comparison between the two tests taken at the beginning and end of the term,in the aspect ofheight,female students admitted in 2012 and male students admitted in 2014 have a tendency to increase obviously.In the aspect of weight,there is an unobvious change of the students admitted in 2012 and an obvious change of studentst admitted in 2013.There is a tendency to decrease obviously in that of studnts' weight admitted in 2014.What's more,according to the BIM,the number of female students whose weight is normal is more than that of male students,there are more male students who are fat than female students.3.(1)There is a tendency to increase in the aspect all the three grades students' lung capacity when they were admitted,the lung capacity of female students admitted in 2014 and2013 is higher than that of female students admitted in 2012 obviously.(2)At the end of the term,the difference is very obvious.The lung capacity of female students admitted in 2013 is higher than that of female students admitted in 2012.The following are the value of the lung capacity of the same grade students at the end of the term.The lung capacity of the female students admitted in 2012 is 22.4ml,and that of the male students is 128.58ml;the lung capacity of the female students admitted in 2013 is 8.33 ml,and that of the male students is68.36ml;the lung capacity of the female students admitted in 2014 is 19.08 ml,and that of the male students is 21.66 ml.The lung capacity of students admitted in 2012 is in a tendency to increase but not obviously.4.In the aspect of body quality.(1)When they were admitted,there was an unsteady tendency in the test of energy endurance race,the results of the the female students admitted in2012 are the best,and that of the the female students admitted in 2013 are the second in the level,and that of the the female students admitted in 2013 are the worst.For the male students,that of those admitted in 2014 are the best,and that of those admitted in 2013 are second in the level,and that of those admitted in 2012 are the worst.There is also an unsteady tendency in the test of energy endurance race at the end of the term,the results of the female students admitted in 2014 are better than the results of those admitted in 2012 and 2013.According to the comparison of the two tests taken at the beginning and the end of the same grade,there is a large increase in the results of the 800 meters race(female)and the results of the 1000 meters race(male).(2)When they were admitted,the results of the long jump from standing was in a tendency to decrease and that of the female students were not very steady,both of them are lower than that of the national average value.The results of the long jump from standing at the end of the term are in a tendency to decrease and lower than that of the national average value.According to the comparison of the two tests taken at the beginning and the end of the same grade,the results of the students admitted in 2012 was in a tendency to increase,the students admitted in 2012 are also in a tendency to increase.(3)When they were admitted,the results of the bending forward from sitting was in an unsteady tendency,theresults of students admitted in 2014 are better than those of students admitted in 2012.The results of the male students are in tendency to increase while that of the female student are not very steady at the end of the term,and those of the male students admitted in 2014 are better than those admitted in 2012 and 2013.According to the comparison of the two tests taken at the beginning and the end of the same grade,the results of the students admitted in 2014 are the best.(4)When they were admitted,the results of the sit-up(male),pull-up(female)were in an unsteady tendency,the results of female students admitted in 2013 are better than those of female students admitted in 2012 and 2014;the results of male students admitted in 2013 are better than those of male students admitted in 2012 and 2014.At the end of the term,the results of the sit-up(male),pull-up(female)are in an unsteady tendency,and those of the students admitted in 2013 are higher than those of the national average value.According to the comparison of the two tests taken at the beginning and the end of the same grade,all the three grades students' results are steady.5.The results of the health test class.The results of all the three grades students are better than those when they were admitted,especially the excellent rate and passing rate are in a tendency to increase and change obviously.However,there is not an obvious change of the difference the results of the male students,and most of them are just in a passing level. |
