BackgroundType 2 diabetes is a common clinical metabolic disease, and its occurrence is closely related to insulin resistance and islet β cell dysfunction.Insulin resistance(IR)is a peripheral target tissue,ie,adipose tissue, muscle tissue or other tissue cells or peripheral target organs have a reduced sensitivity to the normal bioconcentration of insulin in blood.Human islet beta cells need to produce more insulin to maintain blood glucose concentration.IR accounted for more than 80%of the pathogenesis of T2DM patients. At present,Western medicine mainly uses drugs such as a-glucosidase inhibitors, biguanides, sulfonylureas, and thiazolidinediones to improve type 2 diabetes, but it is often accompanied by certain side effects and adverse reactions such as liver and kidney.Functional disorders, cardiovascular diseases and many other contraindications.Studies have shown that Chinese medicine has certain advantages in improving insulin resistance, and can improve IR through different ways, and has little side effects.ObjectiveMeta-analysis of insulin resistance in type 2 diabetes treated with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine to further summarize Professor Lu Renhe’s experience in the treatment of type 2 diabetes from the liver, and based on the patient’s symptoms, clinical signs, laboratory indicators,to study the experience of insulin usage and dosage To regulate the amount of clinical insulin.MethodsRetrieve the databases of CNKI,Wanfang,Sinomed,VIP and The Cochrane Library from 2006 to 2016.Using the subject word as a method, the Chinese search term is type 2 diabetes insulin resistance, and the English search term is type 2 diabetes insulin resistance.Interventions included basic normative treatment,ie diabetes education for selected type 2 diabetic insulin resistance patients, and dietary control, reasonable exercise and other lifestyle interventions. The treatment group was treated with integrated Chinese and Western medicine. The traditional Chinese medicines included various Chinese medicine preparations.Western medicine included oral medicine and insulin, while the control group only used western medicine and was the same as the control group.Sixteen documents were retrieved and statistical analysis was performed using RevMan5.3 software provided by Cochrane Collaboration. To verify the treatment of resistance in type 2 diabetes with Chinese and Western medicine is more effective than westeinsulin rn medicine alone, and to provide a basis for further summarizing Professor Lu Renhe’s treatment of type 2 diabetes with insulin resistance.Results1.Comparison of Insulin Sensitivity:The insulin sensitivity was significantly improved in the treatment group compared to the control group, and I2=9%.2.Comparison of insulin resistance index:The treatment group significantly improved the insulin resistance index compared with the control group, and I2 = 0%.3.Comparison of Serum Cholesterol:The serum cholesterol concentration was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group, and I2 = 0%.4.Triglyceride comparison:The serum triglyceride concentration was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group, and 12=0%.5.Comparison of serum low-density lipoprotein:Compared with the control group, serum LDL concentration was significantly lower in the treatment group, and 12=57%.Through analysis and treatment of heterogeneity,I2=18%.6.Comparison of Fasting Insulin:Compared with the control group, fasting insulin was significantly reduced in the treatment group, and I2 = 24%.7.Comparison of body mass index:In the treatment group, the body mass index was significantly lower than that in the control group, and I2=0%.8.Comparison of body mass index:In the treatment group, the body mass index was significantly lower than that in the control group, and I2=0%.9.Clinical efficiency comparison:The treatment group significantly improved the clinical efficiency compared with the control group, and I2 = 0%.10.Comparison of Fasting Blood Glucose:Compared with the control group, fasting blood glucose was significantly reduced in the treatment group, and I2 was 52%.Heterogeneity was not eliminated by analyzing and processing the heterogeneity.11.Comparison of glycated hemoglobin:Compared with the control group, the glycated hemoglobin was significantly lower in the treatment group, and 12=90%.Heterogeneity was not eliminated by analyzing and processing the heterogeneity.Conclusion1.Meta-analysis of the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus insulin resistance by integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine. The treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus insulin resistance with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is more effective than western medicine alone in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus insulin resistance to improve clinical efficacy, increase insulin sensitivity, reduce insulin resistance, reduce Weight, control of blood sugar, lower blood lipids and other aspects have a clear advantage.2.Professor Lu Renhe often uses the liver to treat type 2 diabetes insulin resistance as the theoretical basis, and analyzes the usage and dosage of insulin, standardizes the dosage of insulin, and provides new treatments for clinicians from the aspects of patient weight, blood lipids, and symptoms of TCM. |
