Job satisfaction of primary care system and its promotion is an important issue in the field of medical and health care.In 2016,Medical Union of Shanghai was asked by the municipal Party committee and the municipal government to carry out the investigation on the satisfaction degree of the medical system staff in the whole city.This study aims to understand the current situation of the job satisfaction of doctors in public hospitals,to identify the key factors affecting the job satisfaction of doctors in the field of analysis of the job satisfaction of doctors should give priority to solving the problems,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the job satisfaction of doctors in public hospitals,and provide the basis for health administration departments for decision-making,in order to improve the job satisfaction of doctors,doctors and maintenance the stability of the team,to ensure the quality of medical service,to promote the health reform and development objective.This study mainly adopts the form of questionnaire survey.Through the analysis of 764 valid questionnaires,this paper found that: there are differences in overall job satisfaction of different gender,age,titles and other medical personnel;the investigation content in the medical staff satisfaction,salary level,health care reform,he promotion system of the lowest satisfaction;work responsibility and the doctor-patient relationship is the main source of work pressure for medical workers;public hospital medical staff satisfaction by multi latitude effect.Based on the related theory and job satisfaction survey,this paper puts forward the following suggestions:the government level: increasing government investment,government responsibility;establish and improve the public medical institutions of the government financial compensation mechanism;the establishment of compensation system for the health care industry characteristics;improve the medical security system,building a harmonious doctor-patient community.Hospital level:improve hospital work environment,create a harmonious practice atmosphere;implementation of humanistic management,increase staff care;strengthen performance appraisal,improve the distribution system;build a learning platform to boost personal development.Social level: to improve the social status of medical workers and enhance the occupational dignity of medical staff.Personal level:strengthen personal psychological adjustment,enhance professional happiness.
