Research On The Capacity Building Of The Director Of The Nursing Department Of The Sanjia Hospital Of Harbin

Nursing work is an important part of the medical service system and one of the essential factors for the survival and sustainable development of the hospital.As the middle level nursing manager of the hospital,the director of nursing department shoulders the functions of nursing management in the whole hospital.It can be said that the competence of nursing directors is closely related to the level of hospital nursing management and the quality of clinical nursing services.Therefore,it is very important to strengthen the capacity building of nursing department director.This study mainly takes the third Class A Hospital in Harbin as the investigation object,describes the present situation of the nursing department director ability of Harbin third Class A Hospital,and studies the factors that affect the nursing department director’s ability.And pertinently put forward the strategy of enhancing the capacity building of nursing department director of Harbin third Class A Hospital,respectively in the individual nursing director and the organization.In order to continuously strengthen the capacity construction of the director of nursing department of the third Class A Hospital of Harbin,to improve the level of nursing management and the quality of clinical nursing in the third Grade A Hospital of Harbin,the author put forward six suggestions in the three levels of society.Promote the healthy growth of nursing team and ensure the healthy development of Harbin third Class A Hospital.
