Perioperative Lung Protection Of Ambroxol Combined With Asarum In Patients With Lung Cancer

Objective : To investigate the preventive therapeutic effect of ambroxol and asarone in radical resection of pulmonary carcinoma patients.Methods: Patients who underwent radical resection of pulmonary carcinoma in changde first people’s hospital between february 2016 and february 2017 were randomly assigned into four groups,group A:traditional medicine group(chymotrypsin and dexamethasone);group B:ambroxol group;group C: asarone group;group D :ambroxol combined with asarone;The three days after operation of neutrophil count 、creactive protein、arterial pressure of oxygen and arterial oxygen saturation,the incidence of pulmonary complications after operation 5-7days were compared between the four groups.Results: 1 、 There was no statistically significant difference in general clinical data in four groups;2、 The group of ambroxol combined with asarone has lower incidence of PPC than traditional medicine group,and the difference was statistically significant;3 、 There were statistically significant through pairwise comparison in arterial blood oxygen partial pressure and Sp O2 after operation 72 hours;4 、 The c-reactive protein and neutrophil count after operation 72 hours were no statistically significant difference between the four groups;5、 The sputum volume of combined treatment group was less than traditional medicine group,and it is easier to excrete.Conclusion:The preventive therapeutic effect of group ambroxol combined with asarone is superior to traditional medicine group and single treatment.
