Purpose:To assess the curative effect and life quality improvement and adverse reactions of KLT injection in treating non small cell lung cancer systematically.Material and method : Article one : The satisfactory papers about randomized controlled trials(RCT)from January 2005 to December 2016 were roundly collected and searched in CNKI,Wang Fang database,as well as manual retrieval related literature published in the journal. The quality of the included studies was evaluated with modified Jadad rating scale,Meta analysis was performed with software Rev Man 5.3.Odds ratio(OR)and 95%confidence interval(95%CI)for counting material was elected.Article two:41 cases were collected from January 2015 to January 2017 of advanced cancer patients with NSCLC hospitalized in the Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According to different treatment methods,41 cases were divided into 2 groups, where the control group is treated with conventional chemotherapy and the treatment group with given kanglaite.Basing on the given condition, the control group is given 200 ml of kanglaite injection daily for 21 days which is a full course. The course will be conducted four times. In this study,SPSS21.0 software is used to carry out chi square test, and the difference was statistically significant by P<0.05.Results:Article one:1.Fifteen randomized clinical trials which get three or more points after Jadad scale score were included, involving 1230 patients of non small cell lung cancer.Compared with the control group,KLT treatment of non-small cell lung cancer combined effect quantity(OR=2.62,95%CI : 1.79-3.83,Z=4.97,P<0.00001).To improve the quality of life(OR=3.40,95%CI:2.51-4.60,Z=7.93,P<0.00001).Reduce the white blood cells decline(OR=0.35,95%CI : 0.24-0.50,Z=5.84,P<0.00001).Retrospective analysis is that lower gastrointestinal reaction(OR=0.52,95%CI:0.33-0.82,Z=2.80,P=0.005).All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Article two:2.Retrospective analysis was that the total effective rate of Kanglaite group was 68.18%,33.33% in the control group, with statistical difference(P<0.05).Retrospective analysis was that the effect of bone marrow suppression in the control group was similar to that in the experimental group, and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The control group was more serious than that in the experimental group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Compared with pure chemotherapy,Kanglaite injection combined with chemotherapy in the treatment shows obvious advantages.2.In improving the adverse reaction of chemotherapy,KLT showed definite curative effect.3.KLT was a comprehensive adjustment, curative effect and safety of traditional Chinese medicine preparations for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.
