Object: Summarized the therapeutic experience of professor Liu Tong using the five internal organs related theory to treat Cardiovascular neurosis in perimenopausal women from five-zang organs and promoted the academic thoughts,also hoped for provide a new idea and method of clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of Cardiovascular neurosis in perimenopausal women.Method: Refer to the relevant literature and the classic ancient books,from the aspects of the five internal organs related theory’s formation and development,theoretical connotation and the clinical application,and from the five physiological and pathological characteristics and mutual relations between two-two orgens.Combined with Professor Liu’s clinical experience,put forward the feasibility of the treatment of Cardiovascular neurosis in perimenopausal women from five-zang organs through the list of classical clinical cases,and further clarified the remarkable curative effect on the treatment of Cardiovascular neurosis in perimenopausal women from the five-zang organs.Conclusion: Based on the theory of the five internal organs related theory,combined with Cardiovascular neurosis in perimenopausal women patients’ complicated clinical symptoms,syndrome differentiation and flexibility in the use of classical prescription to regulate the five internal organs,and achieved remarkable clinical curative effect,significantly improved the quality of life of patients.
