Clinical Study On The Effect Of Lavatory Granules On The Healing Process After Ankle Fracture And Dislocation

Purpose:To observe the function of the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation on the postoperative function recovery of ankle joint fracture dislocation.Material and method:40 cases of ankle fracture dislocation patients were chosen randomly.They were divided into two groups whether received fumigation.Comparing to the American association of ankle surgery(AOFAS)score and VAS score variance on different period was to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results: 1.The two groups before and after surgery in patients with preoperative and postoperative comparison: after 1 month、2 months、 3 months and 12 months AOFAS and VAS scores of patients were obviously improved compared with preoperative and showed the tendency of getting better.2.The comparison between the two groups: Compared to the control group,the AOFAS was rated higher and the VAS rated lower in the two months and three months after surgery.But The AOFAS and VAS scores were not significantly different of the two groups in the 12 months after operation(P < 0.05).Conclusion: 1.The effects of the operation can ensure the healing of fractures and prevent traumatic arthritis.2.Compared to the control group,the fuming particle group can quickly relieve the pain in the ankle and improve the function of the ankle motion.
