With the improvement of medical insurance system reform in China,greater demands are being placed on quality of medical service.Paramedics contact with patient with increasing frequency,medical services provided by them will directly affect the rehabilitation of patients to a large extent.In the last few years,with the continuous increase of violence targeted at medical staff and job requirement,Paramedics’ mental status suffer injuries,this will influence the quality of nursing service,and then will hindered the achievement of the goal of China’s medical insurance system.Nursing team psychosocial safety climate refers to nursing team provided a range of resources and take the initiative of all kinds of preventive measures in order to protect the mental health of paramedics.Through pay attention to the Paramedics’ mental health and provided all kinds of resources by the manager of nursing team,it makes paramedics keep a healthy state of status.From the perspective of organizational behavior and human resource management,on the paradigm of qualitative research,using the methods of literature research,open questionnaire and case analysis,take paramedics in nursing team as a research subject,using open coding,axial coding and selective coding to analyzing the data,finally finished the study of nursing team psychosocial safety climate.The study first compare psychosocial safety climate with other similar concepts,find that psychosocial safety climate pay attention to the protection of employees’ mental health,it have a positive effect to resolve the present situation thatparamedics have a greater pressure and low mental health level.Next,by using qualitative research and grounded theory,the study find nursing team psychosocial safety climate act as a positive factor on the team level,mainly on initiatively preventive action,throughout nursing service from beginning to end.Nursing team psychosocial safety climate have four dimensions:appropriate job design,nursing team communication mechanism,nursing team management input and commitment,organizational participation and involvement,these four dimensions are useful to protect paramedics mental health and improve their job involvement.Last,analysis the problems in the development of current nursing team psychosocial safety climate,the results shows that we should improve nursing team psychosocial safety climate through pay attention to nurse mental health,think highly of the development of nursing team psychosocial safety climate,consummate nursing service design improve the input of hospital senior manager and other operating department.
