Objects:To research the feasibility of cerebrovascular reserve capability by coming the MR Perfusion-weighted Imaging with CO2 inhalation test.Use the technology by coming the MR Perfusion-weighted Imaging with CO2 inhalation test in hypertension Yin hand syndrome and phlegm dampness indicates sheng, explore the perfusion parameters of help of traditional Chinese medicine,to provide visual indicators of hypertension.Materials and Methods:In Beijing university of Chinese medicine in the third affiliated hospital of cardiovascular department of outpatient and hospitalization in patients with essential hypertension(EH),11 patients with syndrome belong to Yin deficiency hand card,10 patients with phlegm wet indicates sheng card,12 cases were included in the study as well as physical health, divided into hypertension group and control group.By 1.5 T superconducting mri machine(philips Achieva SE 1.5 T)scanner, respectively on two groups in the resting state and CO2 under load state two magnetic resonance perfusion scan, after the first magnetic resonance perfusion scanning, client to keep the original position to be not moved, through extension from MR oxygen tube suction gas mixture containing 5%and 95%,after 2 minutes, again the second magnetic resonance perfusion scanning, method for the first time.Get perfusion scan images, use Functool 2.0 working software for reprocessing, measuring CO2 load before and after local cerebral blood volume(rCBV)and average(rMTT)over time, according to the CRC(%)=[after CO2 inhalation of rCBF-inhaled CO2 before rCBF]/inhaled CO2 before rCBF]*100%,calculated by the brain of selected regional cerebral blood flow(rCBF)of the area of interest and cerebrovascular reserve(CRC).The selection of the upper and upper temporal gyrus, the caudate nucleus, the bean-shaped nucleus, the thalamus and the wedge were used as the area of interest(ROI),and the SPSS 20.0 software was used for statistical analysis. The obtained parameters need to be tested by the normal test and the variance, and then the independent sample t is tested. The association of cerebral blood vessels in hypertensive patients was compared to the cerebral perfusion parameters in the scum and phlegm.Results:1.rMTT,rCBV,and rCBF of high blood pressure groups were compared before and after CO2 loads, with no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).2.In the control group,rMTT,rCBV,and rCBF of the control group were compared before and after the CO2 load, with significant differences in statistical significance(P<0.05),and the rCBV and rCBF increased after the load.3.CVR(5.0%-25.3%)for high blood pressure groups and CVR for the control group’s ROI(33.2%-55.4%)compared to statistically significant differences(P<0.05),the function of the blood vessels in hypertension was reduced.4.In the case of static state, the two groups of rMTT were statistically significant differences in statistical significance. Conclusion:Magnetic resonance perfusion imaging combined with CO2 load test method,to test normal and high blood pressure in patients with cerebrovascular reactivity,to evaluate the condition of patients with subclinical brain ischemia has important clinical significance, can be used as a clinical evaluation methods application of cerebrovascular reserve function..In none stroke area correspond to the opposite uninjured area,no CRC differences were founded. In the state of static interest, the patients with EH phlegm dampness indicates sheng brain each ROI rMTT a Yin deficiency were hand card, for EH of traditional Chinese medicine provides the objective basis for reference.
