Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis(IPF)is a respiratory refractory disease,with the gradual deepening of its research,scholars on the pathogenesis of IPF have a new understanding,based on the development of targeted drugs,But still can not stop the progression of the disease.Chinese medicine in the treatment of its advantages.Doctor Jiang Liangduo teacher and Zhang Xiaomei that pulmonary fibrosis pathogenesis of lung and kidney deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis,and based on clinical experience summed up the basic treatment of Fei Xianfang.OBJECTIVE:Previous animal experiments show that the lungs have anti-inflammatory,anti-oxidation,anti-matrix remodeling,inhibit angiogenesis,improve fibrinolysis,delay the deposition of extracellular matrix and so on.This article intends to use TCM syndrome differentiation and syndrome combination,a comprehensive evaluation of lung fiber for stable idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis in clinical efficacy.Methods:36 cases of IPF patients who met the inclusion criteria from 2015 to 2017 were suspended for other Chinese medicine therapy,and granules were treated with Fei Xianfang(Cordyceps sinensis,Astragalus membranaceus,Rhodiola,Clam,Trichosanthes,ephedra,Sunburn,Almond,Leech,etc.)Plus or minus oral,daily one,3 months for a course of treatment.Statistical treatment before the basic situation and record.Before and after treatment,TCM syndrome score,HRCT,lung function,mMRC table,St.George questionnaire were compared.Application of SPSS20.0 statistical software for data processing.RESULT:1.This study included a total of 36 patients,including 19 males and 17 females,the average age was 69.89 ±8.13 years,the average age of onset was 64.67 ± 8.53 years,the average duration of 5.12 ± 42.2 years.Of which 30 patients with chronic diseases.After treatment,the total score of patients with symptoms decreased significantly(P<0.05),markedly 8 cases were relieved,24 cases were stable,4 cases were ineffective,the stability rate was 88.9%.After treatment,shortness of breath and shortness of breath and cough sputum significantly relieved,significantly improved performance endurance.Treatment before and after chest pain,fatigue,poor spirit,easy exogenous,fatigue,tinnitus,edema,Yaoxisuanruan,night sweats,anorexia,abnormal stool and other symptoms are significantly alleviated.Pulmonary Velcro sound was significantly reduced,improved lips cyanosis is not obvious,after treatment 2 cases clubbing points increased.2.The scores of high resolution CT in the chest were significantly lower than those before the control(P<0.05).Except for the change of the frosted glass,the scores of the images were significantly alleviated.36 patients,polished glass appear in the upper lung,the majority of lungs below the lungs.Lobular interval thickening more than the lungs,lobular interstitial thickening and more distribution in the lower lung field.Which accompanied with emphysema in 6 cases,18 cases of bronchiectasis.4 cases of pleural effusion,2 cases of upper lung,lung in 1 case.There were some correlations between the centromere of the chest CT and the carbon monoxide diffusion in the shortness of wheezing and pulmonary function.3.In patients with pulmonary function in addition to total lung volume(TLC)increased significantly before,vital capacity(VC),one-second forced expiratory volume and forced vital capacity(FEVi/FVC)and carbon monoxide diffusivity(DLco)were maintained at a stable level,except for the significant increase in lung function(PLC).(P<0.05),and most of the patients were more stable.The difference was significant(P<0.05).MMRC index was significantly lower than before treatment(P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Lung fiber side are mainly composed of Cordyceps sinensis,Astragalus membranaceus,Rhodiola,clamshells,almonds,Trichosanthes,Ephedra,leeches and so on.They have the effect of supplementing the lung and kidney and promoting blood circulation and removing blood circulation.Clinical observation of lung fiber can significantly improve the lung and kidney deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis syndrome patients with clinical symptoms and signs to reduce the patient image changes,improve lung function in patients with improved endurance and quality of life.From the CT study and different levels of imaging performance analysis,pulmonary fibrosis of the image performance in line with the characteristics of phlegm and blood stasis blood.
