OBJECTIVE:Based on the development needs of the social credit system construction in our country,and combining with the actual situation of the medical industry,this study confirms that the credit rating of the hospital can affect the choices of patients and the extent of their influence in different populations.Provide reference basis for the construction of credit system of medical establishment.METHODS:(1)Through the analysis of the literature,the factors affecting the choice of medical treatment were determined by the combination of the actual situation of hospital.(2)Based on the theory and method of the lens model,combining with the preliminary literature analysis,the experimental situation questionnaire was prepared.(3)For people with medical experience investigation,such as age,gender,education,type of unit as demographic variables,adopts the method of convenient sampling and sends out situational questionnaires.(4)The quantitative data analysis of the collected valid questionnaire,which is to construct the multivariate regression equation,shows the influence of five factors in the choice of patient care.(5)Using Epidata 3.1 to double entry and SPSS 22.0 for data processing and analysis.RESULTS:(1)Through literature analysis,identify five factors,including the nature of the institution,the level of treatment,the medical equipment,the attitude of service and the rating of the credit rating of the hospital.Using situational questionnaires to control other variables that may affect the choice of patients.The subjects were selected to have a patient experience,includes community hospitals,elderly people in the community,college students and ordinary social workers.(2)Different patients had significant differences in the consensus-seeking consensus.The consensus quality of the master group was 0.563,The lowest of the undergraduate group was 0.298,The consensus of the population was 0.391.The results showed that the participants had higher conformance to the recognition of the medical institution,and the results were believable.(3)The correlation coefficient of the rating of credit rating of the hospital was(-0.132,P<0.001).(4)In different age groups,the correlation coefficient of 19-30 group was(-0.075,P<0.05),the correlation coefficients of the 31-45 group were(-0.177,P<0.01),the correlation coefficients of the 46-60 group were the largest,(-0.349,P<0.001),the correlation coefficient of 61 years and above was(-0.318,P<0.05).In different academic groups,the correlation coefficient of high school and the following degree group was the largest,(-0.320,P<0.001).The correlation coefficient of the undergraduate group was(-0.076,P<0.05),and the correlation coefficient of the master group was(-0.158,P<0.01).The correlation coefficient of the women’s group was(-0.169,P<0.001)for the men(-0.093,P<0.05).In different occupational groups,institutions of correlation coefficient was(-0.211,P<0.001),the private sector group of correlation coefficient was(-0.126,P<0.05),the state-owned unit group of correlation coefficient is(-0.137,P<0.05).CONCLUSION:Credit rating has a significant impact on patient choice behavior(P<0.01).There is a difference in the preferences of different patients.Among those aged between 46 and 60,and those in high school and below,the credit rating factor was more useful than the nature of the institution,the level of treatment,the medical device and the service attitude factors.In the female group,the professional unit group,the private unit group,and 61 and older group group,the decision-making usefulness exceeded the institutional nature factor.The level of credit rating factors of the group of business units and those aged 61 and above exceeded the service attitude factor.Therefore,it is necessary to further deepen hospital in the field of medical development and the construction of index system of credit evaluation rating,as well as rich credit rating database of medical institutions,to set up the credit rating of hospital and monitoring system and integrity series medical missionary activities,play the guiding role of credit in the medical field.
