| Objective:To study the key factors the wills to learn and use of health appropriate technology of healthcare workforce and the preference of primary healthcare workers of using health appropriate technology, this study used the method of discrete choice experiment to study the medical staff of Chaoyang District Community Health Service Center in Beijing and analyzed the preferences of different healthcare workers groups. The aim is to provide significant reference for the health appropriate technical training and promotion.Methods:(1)utilizing literature reviewto gather the appropriate literacy and study the data of hygienic appropriate technology and the data of discrete choice experiment in the field of health economy;(2)useing expert consultation method to determine the traits of health appropriate technology(3)using the orthogonal design method to combine the attribute and attribute level to determine the selection set of the discrete choice experiment in order to design the questionnaire of the primary healthcare workers to study and use the health appropriate technology;(4)The questionnaire survey was conducted within the medical staff of 10 community health service centers in Chaoyang District.(5)use of the method of mathematical statistics for data analysis, first use descriptive statistics to analyze the basic situation of the survey object;Secondly use the discrete selection model to analyze; The RPL model is used to analyze the wills of learning hygienic appropriate techniquesand usage preferences of healthcare workers, and to analyze the influence and influence degree of different attributes. Finally, analyze the preference and the factors of affecting the medical staff of learning and using appropriate techniques with different sub-groups with the model of classification selection model. The All data were recorded with Excel2013.The basic analysis and orthogonal design were analyzed by SPSS 19.0.The discrete selection model of data was analyzed by Nlogit5.0.Result:(1)RPL model results show that the coefficient of the income is 1.20474(P<0.01),the coefficient of the skill expected outcomes is 0.71888(P<0.01),the coefficient of personal development opportunities is 0.36491(P<0.01),the coefficient of patient acceptance is 0.35101(P<0.01),and the coefficient of technical learning and usedifficulties is-0.20115(P<0.1)and the coefficient of incentive mechanism is 0.12036(P<0.1).The coefficient of gender is 0.493864(P<0.05),the coefficient of age is 0.04969(P<0.01),the coefficient establishment of is 0.24387(P<0.05)and coefficient of the years of service is 0.02958(P<0.1),the coefficient of incentive mechanism is 0.12036(P<0.1).(2)The results of the latent class model show that,in the first group, the coefficient of the income is 3.64054(P<0.1),the coefficient of the skill expected outcomes is 3.71740(P<0.1),the coefficient of personal development opportunities is 5.24820(P<0.1),the coefficient of technical learning and usedifficulties is-1.57067(P<0.1),the coefficient of supporting equipment conditions is 2.05074(P<0.1),the coefficient of incentive mechanism is2.68697(P<0.1);in the second group, the coefficient of the income is 0.82981(P<0.01),the coefficient of the skill expected outcomes is 0.35739(P<0.05),the coefficient of patient acceptance is 0.22331(P<0.1).Conclusion:(1)RPL model results show the factors that arestatistically significant roupcoefficients are income, skill expected outcomes, personal development opportunities, patient acceptance, incentive mechanism, technical learning and use difficulties, which had an impact on the behaviors of healthcare professionals in learning and using appropriate health techniques.(2)The results of the latent class model show that the groups of healthcare workers with different individual characteristics have different learning and use preferences for health-appropriate techniques. The first group is more willing to learn and use the appropriate health techniques that areexpected to be high curative effect, with low difficulty in learning and usage, and supporting equipment complete,to increase personal income,to have a special incentive mechanis,to promote personal development opportunities;second group is willing to learn the techniques that are expected to be high efficacy,to increase personal income,to have high degree of recognition of patients. |
