Therapeutic Effect Of Bushen Huoxue Decoction On Patients With PCOS Infertility With Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome

Objective:Observation of Curative Effect of Bushenhuoxue Decoction on the Kindney De-ficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome PCOS inferity PatientsMethods:The 60 Kindney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Syndrome PCOS inferity Patients were randomly divided into two groups(n＝30).The comparise group were treated by clomiphene,the treatment group were treated by clomiphene and Bushenhuoxue Dec-oction.Comparison and analysis of the difference between the two groups、pretherapy and post-treatment on BMI、TCM symptoms total points、bLH、bFSH、LH/FSH、E2、T、TG、LDL、CHO、the ovarine follicle number、the rate of pregnancy。Result:1.TCM symptoms total points:The treatment groups:the difference between pretherapy and post-treatment has statistic significance(P＝0.000<0.05);the difference between post-treatment and three menstrual cycles later has not statistic significance(P ＝0.995>0.05);The co-mparison group:the difference between pretherapy and post-treatment has not sta-tistic significance(P =0.56>0.05).the difference between post-treatment and three m-enstrual cycles later has not statistic significance(P=0.93>0.05).2.BMI:The treatment group:the difference between pretherapy and post-treatment has s-tatistic significance(P=0.000<0.05);The comparison group:the difference betwe-en pretherapy and post-treatment has not statistic significance(P＝0.110>0.05).3.The ovarine follicle number:The treatment group:the difference between pretherapy and post-treatment has s-tatistic significance(Right ovarine follicle:P=0.000<0.05,Left ovarine follicle:P＝0.000<0.05);The comparison group:the difference between pretherapy and post-tr-eatment has statistic significance(Right ovarine follicle:P＝0.000<0.05,Left ovarine follicle:P＝0.000<0.05).Post-treatment,the difference between two groups has statist-ic significance(Right ovarine follicle:P=0.000<0.05,Left ovarine follicle:P=0.003<0.05)4.CHO The treatment group:The difference between pretherapy and post-treament has s-tatistic significance(P=0.000<0.05);The comparison group:the difference between pretherapy and post-treament has not statistic significance(P=0.489>0.05).5.LDL The treatment group:The difference between pretherapy and post-treament has statistic significance(P=0.000<0.05);The comparison group:the difference bet-ween pretherapy and post-treament has not statistic significance(P=0.84>0.05).6.TGThe treatment group:The difference between pretherapy and post-treament has statistic significance(P=0.000<0.05);The comparison group:the difference bet-ween pretherapy and post-treament has not statistic significance(P = 0.453>0.05).7.FSHThe treatment group:The difference between pretherapy and post-treament has not statistic significance(P＝0.967<0.05);The comparison group:the difference be-tween pretherapy and post-treament has not statistic significance(P = 0.992>0.05).8.LHThe treatment group:The difference between pretherapy and post-treament has statistic significance(P＝0.028<0.05);The comparison group:the difference be-tween pretherapy and post-treament has statistic significance(P =0.000>0.05);Post-treatment,the difference between two groups has statistic significance(P=0.007<0.05)9.LH/FSHThe treatment group:The difference between pretherapy and post-treament has statistic significance(P=0.000<0.05);The comparison group:the difference bet-ween pretherapy and post-treatment has statistic significance(P =0.000<0.05);Post-treatment,the difference between two groups has statistic significance(P=0.0071<0.05).10.TThe treatment group:The difference between pretherapy and post-treatment has statistic significance(P＝0.000<0.05);The comparison group:the difference bet-ween pretherapy and post-treatment has statistic significance(P =0.000<0.05);Post-treatment,the difference between two groups has statistic significance(P＝0.018<0.05).11.E2The treatment group:The difference between pretherapy and post-treatment has statistic significance(P =0.000<0.05);The comparison group:the difference betw-een pretherapy and post-treatment has not statistic significance(P=0.467<0.05);12.The rate of pregnancyThe treatment group is 46.36%,the continue pregnancy rate is 43.3%.The compa-rison group is 20%,the continue pregnancy rate is 10%.13.Clinical effect The total efficancy rate of treatment group is 86.6%,The total efficancy rate of comparison group is 60%.The difference between the two groups has statistic signi-ficance(P=0.018<0.05)Conclusion:The clinical effect of treatment group is higher than comparison group.Bushenh-uoxue Decoction has therapeutic effect on the PCOS patients,the clinical effect is co-ntinuous.Bushenhuoxue Decoction has therapeutic effect on PCOS patients in hi-gher blood LH、LH/FSH、T、CHO、LDL、TG、BMI、infertility and reduce the ovarine follicle number、the rate of abortion.
