| Objective:Objective To observe the intervention effect of quality control circle on improving the success rate of arterial blood sampling of junior nurses in acute and critical care units.Method:From March 2016 to November 2016,18 junior nurses in critical care unit of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine were investigated.Nurses will be based on completely randomized principles,Divided into experimental group and control group,The control group was the conventional method,The experimental group was treated with quality control circle method on the basis of the control group.The arterial blood sampling times of two groups of nurses were collected,The success rate of radial artery,brachial artery,femoral artery and dorsalis pedis artery was compared,and the effect was observed.Result:1.Comparison of general data:There was no significant difference in the le ngth of service and the level of arterial blood collection between the two grou ps of nurses,all P > 0.05,comparable.2.Comparison of successful rate of arterial blood sampling:The successful r ate of arterial sampling in experimental group was higher than that in control group,statistical analysis,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),t he success rate of radial artery sampling in experimental group was higher tha n that in control group,statistical analysis,the difference was statistically signific ant(P <0.05),the success rate of brachial artery sampling in experimental gr oup was higher than that in control group,statistical analysis,the difference wasstatistically significant(P <0.05),the successful rate of femoral artery sampl ing in experimental group was higher than that in control group,statistical anal ysis,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),the successful rate ofblood sampling from the dorsalis pedis artery in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,statistical analysis,the difference was statis tically significant(P <0.05).3.Intangible achievement:Quality control circle method,reinforced the cohesi on of the circle,harmony,cooperation,awareness and communication,coordination and problem solving,improve the self thinking,creativity and sense of respo nsibility of the band members,the nurses have great enthusiasm for the nursingwork,also significantly enhance the relationship between the nurse and the pati ent.4.Establish standards:Confirmed results,standardize the improved methods of operation,draw up the management manual and standard operation procedure.Conclusion:1.Through the comparison of each index,The result shows that the quality control circle method can improve the successful rate of arterial blood sampling for junior nurses in critical care units.2.The quality control circle method,In clinical nursing work,it is effective to improve the quality of nursing continuously,existence feasibility. |
