Objective:Milk secretion is under the neuroendocrine regulation, and natural childbirth can induce milk secretion.Cesarean section is not a physiological process,so puerperant’s milk secretion will be lagging after cesarean section. In order to improve the breast-feeding rate of cesarean section, the quality control circle(QCC)is applied to the obstetric care platform, and the nursing intervention definitely improves the rate of breast-feeding after cesarean section. We can effectively solve the actual problems encountered during the feeding process by evaluating the needs of postpartum patients, and reduce the puerperant’s fear feeling of breastfeeding. Methods:Firstly,we researched 500 puerperants underwent cesarean section to estimate the situation of breastfeeding and furtherly analyzied the reason of low rate of breastfeeding after cesarean section, then we proposed three different methods to improve the cesarean section rate of breastfeeding.Secondly,we chose another 225 puerperants underwent cesarean section and divided them into three groups.Different groups were implemented three different methods respectively, then observe the rate of breastfeeding among these groups, while another 225 puerperants to control.Result:For the first time, the survey results is as follows:The rate of exclusive breastfeeding among the patients during the hospital was 27.20% and the rate of milk congestion was 53.60%.Almost 89.60% of population considered the pain of cesarean as fifth grade in visual analogue scale. The investigation of factors affecting the breast-feeding of women showed that 33.40% of puerperants is attributed to not opening milk on breast feeding in time.27.60% is caused by postoperative incision and nipple pain.Besides,we find that 22% of patients can’t breastfeeding because of without prenatal and postnatal health education. After the implementation of the second countermeasures, the finding is as follows: The breastfeeding rate increases to 73.3% in pain-care test group while 29.3% in control. The breastfeeding rate increases to 73.3% and 76.0% respectively through encouraging to open breastfeeding and paying attention to prenatal and postnatal health education.Conclusion:1、The main factors related to the rate of non-breast feeding in cesarean section are:postoperative milk feeding was not timely, postoperative incision pain and prenatal and postpartum health education was insufficient.2、Cesarean section puerpera’s perception of pain is high,a large proportion of postpartum women with different degrees of psychological barriers, and even part of the need to receive treatment. It is of great significance to regulate the psychological state of pregnant women in clinical intervention,to avoid the development of severe self-feeling burden and postpartum depression.3 、 Through the implementation of the QCC to formulate the nursing intervention, the rate of breast feeding in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group. The response to postoperative pain, nursing care and health education for patients was effective..4、According to the quality control circle, the intervention measures can not only improve the breast-feeding rate of cesarean section puerpera in hospital, but also can continue to leave the hospital, the ability to prolong breastfeeding duration.5、The application of QCC in hospital quality management can effectively improve the work efficiency of medical staff and improve the cohesion of medical team.
