| Objective:To explore the clinical effects of Qingnaoyi yuan Decotion on Acute Ischemic Stroke(AIS)and its effect on the levels of serum GFAP and MBP of AIS patients.Methods:We prospectively enrolled 60 patients with acute ischemic stroke.According to the random number table method,they were divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Control group was given routine treatment.Based on the therapy of control group,treatment group was also given Qingnaoyiyuan Detion.Assessed Neurological severity scales,compared the changes of serum GFAP and MBP levels before and after one week and two weeks treatment to observe the clinical curative effect.Results:(1)Before treatment,the Neurological severity scale,TCM symptoms integral and the levels of serum GFAP and MBP comparison of both groups,which were no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).(2)After treatment for one weeks,the Neurological severity scale and TCM symptoms integral of both groups were increased(P<0.05).And the levels of serum GFAP and MBP of both groups were also increased(P<0.05).After treatment for two weeks,the Neurological severity scale and TCM symptoms integral of both groups were decreased(P<0.05).And the levels of serum GFAP and MBP of both groups were also decreased(P<0.05).(3)The Neurological severity scale and TCM symptoms integral of treatment group were lower than the control group(P<0.05),the levels of serum GFAP and MBP were also lower than the control group(P<0.05).Treatment group and control group total effective rates and the TCM symptom total effective rates were respectively 89.7%,76.7%and 86.2%,66.7%;The curative effect of treatment group was better than the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingnaoyiyuan Decotion can obviously improve the neurological function of patients with acute ischemic stroke.And its mechanism may be related to reduce the level of serum GFAP and MBP. |
